We were having trouble finding flights with business or first class on all legs with layovers that weren't too tight or extremely long. I called SKYLUX and Tracey was the agent that help us out. She was able to find all business and first class seats and reasonable layovers at a price that was lower than we were able to find on our own. The one compromise was some of the flights are longer than we anticipated but its better to be in a pod with lay flat seats then sitting in an airport. Tracey answered all our questions, listened, was very efficient and pleasant. I will definitely work with SKYLUX for my next trip.
Scott gave me non direct flights when I asked for direct.
Scott gave me a higher price than I found and then told me to wait for hours. In the meantime the prices were going up and Scott never got back to me.
Skylux/Scott cost me time and money.

Requested a quote and it took over a day. When I tried to book it expired within 90 minutes of being sent. When I tried to contact the agent in the afternoon mountain time, there wasn't a response until the next day.

I requested a quote for international travel airfare via their website. In less than 5 minutes I received a telephone call from a a nice fellow named Julian. I explained that we wanted to hard back Taormina, Sicliy for a bit and within minutes he had the itinerary mapped out and submitted to us for approval. The pricing for business class was wonderful and much less than if we attempted to do it ourselves via AMEX travel or anywhere else for sure. All I can say to them is THANK YOU!

I tried a number of different services for my trip. Most didn't get back to me until 3-4 days later. Bernice called me imidiately and sent me itenarary options the next day. I bought the ticket a few days later. I'm still getting options from other companies. Most options are at least $100 more than the ticket I bought.
DON'T USE THEM! If you expect any kind of customer service after booking your trip.
Booked business class trip to Africa that's still 8 months out. Fares dropped so wanted to take advantage of the lower fare. I have tried (5 emails, 2 voicemails) to get my SkyLux agent to respond (once I got a hold of him and he said he's call back same day... never did). The airlines says the fare DOES allow rebooking for a lower fare but can't get ANYONE from SkyLux to help. Tried "customer service" (no service) as well. No response. It's been more than 3 weeks. The one person who I finally spoke with refused to transfer me to a supervisor then put me hold (hung up after 20 min).

Third time I have used Skylux and while this time didn't result in a great business class fare, the 1st two times did. Due to my confusion, I booked the wrong flight but was reimbursed immediately hen i spoke to agent and canceled. Very happy with Skylux and Dilara T!

I booked two flights to Europe. Obviously with Covid-19, the flights were cancelled. I never received any notification from Skylux and when I contacted them, they wanted to charge me for changing the ticket. The flight was cancelled, they should give a full refund since they received money back from Delta. They attempted to get me to sign more paperwork, wanted me to wait 60 days until they supposedly receive a refund from Delta. None of that is valid. Issue a full refund especially at this time, that is what the airlines are doing. That is what they should do. This is very bad customer service. I tried, kindly and generously to work with them, maybe even reschedule for a much later date, but they wouldn't even call me back. I worked with Michelle then when I called the regular line, not her direct line, I got a guy named Spike who said he knew her and would get her to call me back. Sounds shady.

I booked a ticket from Seattle > Mumbai for my wife in Business Class via FinnAir from SkyLux Agents. Due to her poor health, we had to cancel the trip. Skylux informed me that the ticket has 1 year of voucher and can be used for future travels. While trying to use the voucher for future trips, they told me that they could not contact the FinnAir and figure out the voucher usage. When I called FinnAir, they said that the ticket has been Refunded and the money is with the Travel Agency (i.e. Skylux). Skylux openly stole my $3,200, I am now going to reach out to police if they can help me. Agents I worked with Matteo Hinman and Victor Walsh.

I have worked with SkyLux and Blake for many years, and he never disappoints. He contacts me and describes my options and sends me these options via email for me to review. I bought a ticket with this company and also purchase travel care, airlines canceled my ticket one time ok they take care of of that, second cancellation from airlines, we decide to cancel flight because we don't like all this cancellation, we call the agent who helps us, and explain and we as for full refund money including travel care since we didn't use tickets and didn't use travel care, now they said they will refund only tickets because travel car was used for my refund, what is this? I began the process of getting tickets to Cairo by getting prices. Two month later I was ready to book and Dime was in contact with me through the whole process. When I was ready to book he got me a great deal and was able to get me some freebees. I appreciate his thoroughness and competence. I am old and he was very patient and helpful. We have used Skylux before for travel to Europe and they saved us money. We used them this time for flight from DFW into Santiago Chile and home out of Rio. They found me a cheaper fare than I was able to find on my preferred airline The whole process was very easy and professional and they respond to emails very quickly.
Our Skylux agent Jasper did a fantastic job for us. After finding us flights on Jet Blue we paid for them. We later discovered the same itinerary using Delta (we had looked before and they were much more expensive) with a price $650 below the Jet Blue price. Jasper canceled the Jet Blue booking, arranged a refund to our credit card, booked with Delta and we paid. Jasper went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. Skylux is fortunat to have an agent/employee of his Caliber!
