Never order from SCM! My order SCM******* was placed on 4/8/24. USPS label was
Created the same day. Today, USPS tracking status is still "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" and it's 4/17/24 now. Trying to contact their customer service for 3 days already. No reply to email, voice mail and online chat is unresponsive. Does SCM stand for "SCAM"?

I shop on line, and I have a very good experience with the support before the purchase and then I had my product so fast. They phoned me to be sure about the purchase. The products arrieved in perfect condition. Thanks!

Very competitive pricing with great products, I had alot of questions and one of the reps help me choose what was best for my skin. End up getting some products from Skinmedica, I was using obagi before but after using these products it seems like it worked better for my skin. The Tns and Hydrator is great for my skin I love it.

I paid for product that was never sent and no refund.
Emails and phone calls and prof if payment sent.
Deleted there customer service email account.

I have oily skin prone to acne.
Before this I have been afraid to use mud masks to care for my skin, I am always worried that the substances in the mud masks will make my skin more oily. But on the recommendation of my favorite blogger, I finally started with Anairui's Turmeric Mud Mask.
When I first got this clay mask, I was attracted by its texture, the texture of ice cream, which made my skin feel icy cold and felt like a protective mask was applied. I use it 2-3 times a week, and after two weeks, I can noticeably see that I am no longer prone to breakouts and my face is no longer prone to oil.
Oily skin and acne prone skin are worth a try!

Very disappointed! I recently placed my very first order with Skincare Market for the Image Skincare Prevention+ Daily Ultimate Protection Moisturizer SPF50 (6oz) Professional Size which they had advertised on their website. When I received my shipment, it wasn't the ordered 6oz bottle, but instead included 2x 3.2 oz bottles which one of them had already expired on 01/2021! The second bottle will expire on 4/23.
This might have happened by accident, but what I don't accept is the fact that they don't even respond to either my multiple phone messages I left on their customer service line (as nobody even seems to answer their phones) nor my written email. All I ask for is an exchange/ return of the expired product or a refund.
At this point, I won't use nor recommend this company to anybody else.

Just be aware... next time you'll receive a product you might want to double check the expiration date!

I ordered my product on the 7th of October it hasn't arrived. I have been ignored by email for months (don't even bother contacting Detraevion or Caren, both are a waste of space in the company). I was so furious that I was left in the dark, I followed up with the Mexican government national postal service, USPS in USA and Mexico to put forward a CLAIM. I was informed that the issue is down to the fact that Skincare market put my package through a postal method that was not insured and provided me a FAKE tracking number because they did not pay for tracking. This is a $224.71 package. On December 23rd I finally heard from Sarah Wise who offered a refund. I replied instantly. She said the refund would take 5 days. A month later, and I have been calling to follow-up. However, as soon as they see a British +44 number they forward it to voicemail, so I've never actually been able to SPEAK to anyone despite the fact that I call daily. I have seen through all of their lies and I want my money back. I have all the receipts for confirmation if anyone wants proof also.

I was looking for a company that supplied a certain product line in dermatology offices and I happened upon Skincare Market! Yay! They had my product at a great price and their service was excellent from an email telling me product would be shipped when in transit etc and it arrived when promised! Thank you Skincare Market!

After continuing my journey of skincare amidst the flurry of information, I have tried several various regimes with various results as everyone's skin is unique and as we age, our skin responds differently to various products. During a consultation with a local dermatologist, I began my new skincare with ZO Skin Health by Zein Obagi, MD. There is much to be said about quality vs. quantity which is apparent in the products ingredients which are superb, to say the least! Added to this, Skin Care Market has a discounted price which is very cost effective in being able to purchase top quality products. Many thanks for your company!

Skincare website is easy to use. EltaMD UV Daily Broad-Spectrum is an very good product. Skincare Market had the cheapest product on the market so we bought two.

I have been using SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum for over five years. As a mature senior citizen woman, I have found this product helps to fully moisturize my facial tissue as well as maintain skin plumpness. As a result I am told I look years below my age. SkinMedica Serum is far superior to other moisturizing brands I have used in the past. I am lucky to have found this product and plan to continue to use it for years to come.

I ordered the Skinceutacals sheer physical sunscreen (4.2 oz). I believe the big size was out of stuck so they sent me 3 of the smaller size (1.7 oz) for a total of 5.1 oz. Thanks for your generosity! The shipping was fast and free!

This is a great serum that feels great when you put it on. I feel like it is rejuvenating my skin all day long. Love this product and have been a consistent user for several years now. It is expensive but worth it!
