Great product. I noticed improvement in my skin after about 1/2 of my tube. I use it very sparingly at night. I do use some moisturizer, too... Michigan winters.

The site also provides an opportunity to speak with a skin care advisor. I have never experienced a problem with a substance other than the prescribed product being sent in my order.

I initially bought my TNS Advanced + Serum from a facial facility. If you have purchased from a facial facility you know that it will cost you $300. I took a chance and purchased the Advanced + Serum from Skincare Market and saved $80 for the same product. Since then I have purchased many other items as their pricing on the Skin Medica line is much cheaper. I will be buying from Skincare Market going forward.

I have purchased these two products from Skincare Market for many years and believe they are quality products because I have often had people comment on the quality of my skin (even though I am in my latter 60's). I purchase these items from Skincare Market because they sell the 1.9 oz. Professional size bottles (which is a value purchase) while other websites/companies do not offer that size. The only area where the company needs some improvement is follow up on shipping. I was notified that the items were shipped when in fact only the shipping label had been created. I notified Skincare Market of the issue and it was immediately addressed and my products arrived within 2 days.

Other websites were "backordered" indefinitely for my product. Found it in stock at SM with the exact same ingredients (not a knock-off) for the same price. Customer service kept me informed on orde status. Product arrived quickly.
