I ordered trainers from size.co.uk and this has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
When the parcel finally arrived it was the wrong item - not even the same size, a different model from a different manufacturer.
Trying to get help from size.co.uk customer service was impossible. No one responds to emails, and when you finally get through on the phone, they just make empty promises and never resolve anything. I spent one hour chasing this order and still don't have the correct trainers. 4 days of emails later and not one single update.
Clearly the customer counts for nothing.
I wouldn't recommend buying shoes or trainers from size.co.uk to anyone. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking. If you are thinking about placing an order with size? Online, be warned that you could end up wasting your time and money.
Search elsewhere for your footwear - size.co.uk customer experience is absolutely dreadful. I will never shop here again.

Cancelled order
September 30, 2022

I was in a rush to get replacement basketball shoes for an upcoming game, placed the order and then a few days later went to track my order and see that it had been cancelled. I was not informed at all and the money was still removed from my account. I've just gotten in touch now to try and resolve this but honestly I'd recommend avoiding this company and sticking with a fully trusted brand.

Warning FAKE VANS!

I received fake Vans from this retailer.

I have owned dozens of pairs over the years and currently own about 25 pairs of Vans so I'm very familiar with authentic Vans.

The shoes have uneven stitching that's coming apart in places, also the fabric was much more thin and flimsy than normal. The branded insole had a patch that was glued down over the original insole, which does not have a Van's logo on it.

These are 100% fake. I reached out to the sales rep to get a certificate of authenticity, which of course they can't offer. They want me to ship the shoes back at my own cost ($30 to ship back!) so they can validate them.

Why don't they validate them before they ship? All the top retailers do this. I guess I'll be sticking with Goat from now on for all my Vans...

Very disappointed.

Not bad

Shoes arrived arrived ahead of schedule. I ordered 3 pairs of the Adidas Centennial 85 Low (all colorways). Items were double boxed, but could have been packed a little better. Package looked like it was tampered with. Also, SIZE? Sent 2 different tracking numbers. The USPS number was incorrect. UPS handled the delivery. Minor issues, but I would purchase from them again.

Disgraceful from size waited over two weeks for my clothes sent emails asking where it was but nothing back had to call first time got through to someone they just stayed silent and then just hung on me then second time got through to someone but all they could say it's out of stock no apologies or and type of compensation. They sent me one item of clothing but wasnt even what I had ordered. Did buy from size before but this is the last I ever do that absolutely shocking experience. Would give zero stars if i could

Items missing

Items missing from package, package untouched not broken or open in any shape or form. After discussing on phone, quoted are pickers are tracked? ( please explain how?) and i will have to take it up with royal mail, Once i ve received a claim form. So for the cheapest item in my order wasnt there and yet they try and palm it off on to royal mail. ( which i work for) rude and not very helpful... wont be shopping here again.

Awful customer service

Every time I have been in this shop, the Size in Cambridge, it seems to be run by a bunch of rude people who don't care about their job, been in a few times where they all seem to just be on their phones. One woman in particular had a horrible attitude. Customer service is very poor. Had a bad experience in that shop probably a year ago and so did a few people i know, swore i would never go back but did today. And you can probably guess how that went. Such bad organisation and awful customer service!

Red flag do not use

Worst site I've ever used. STAY AWAY. RED FLAG! Nothing works on website after you've 'ordered', app doesn't work, you can't track anything. I used web chat who said order was still due to be delivered next day. Later that day email stating its been cancelled as they couldn't find the item. How are you selling stuff you don't have? Absolute sham of a company

Bad company

Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order on 21/09/2020 which was expected to arrive on 28/09/20. I have still not received this order and it's pretty much 06/10/20. I have sent numerous emails and nobody is able to commit to when my order will arrive nor can they offer me a refund. I contacted Size via phone call earlier tonight and the assistant sounded very helpful and stated that it was likely I would get a refund only to then receive an email stating this was not possible. I have not received the goods and am due £207. I am now in a limbo with the order apparently being stuck at the warehouse and needing my money back which isn't looking likely in the near future. Highly recommend to stay clear of this company. I have ordered several times previously with no issues I have no intentions to order from this company ever again due to the terrible service received.

Raffle win never delivered

Same as a few of the other reviews. Won the raffle, they took the money and then they never delivered. They are now saying out of stock (raffle win!) and will refund my money at some point.

They didn't even inform me they had been cancelled I had to email them to find this out.

Had so mamny orders cancelled, lost, damaged, sent used goods, damaged good that I have lost count. Even their executive team are shocking at resolving issues blaming customers for not understanding how they work. They are the single worst retailerfor trainers

Avoid! Fraud!

Ordered socks and a pair of trainers. As soon as I placed the order, it's says in the description it's only 3 individual socks not 3 pairs. Emailed customer service to cancel the socks order. They emailed me back assuring that I will get 3 pairs not 3 individual socks. After 9 days of purchase, I have received 3 individual socks and my trainers and other items were out of stock!

Called customer service, they said they are sorry and asked me send the 3 individual socks back and they will refund me. And will they apply 10% on future purchase!
Are you being serious! I will never ever shop with you again.

Such a poor customer service. Avoid.

After searching for this specific colourway of Puma Palermos in a size US4, I found them on Size? And decided to give them a go. Unsure what it takes for customer service to reply to an email. I tried contacting them 3 times as I recieved an email saying that my order was cancelled and refunded despite it already being in transit to my address. After about 3 weeks I received my order and it was the wrong shoe and size and the invoice is a totally different order. Still waiting for a reply and now I can't find the original shoes anywhere worldwide in my size. And I'm stuck with these ugly shoes that are 2.5 sizes too big. At least I got my money back but am still waiting for answers...

They are advertising products they do not have and taking peoples money borrowing it for a couple of weeks then paying them back, its a scam they have going pit items on sale they clearly do not have( i know a buyer from jd sports) he knew no one had these trainerswhen i placed the order and guarenteed me i would not get them, size is part of jd if he knew this why are size still taking customers money, never even recieved a email or anything to apoligise or to tell me my order was cancelled nothing at all until i chased them up today 10 days after order somebody really needs to look into this as they should just use banks and pay interest if they need to borrow the money!

Absolute worst company ever! Extremely unprofessional! In order to reach some one you have to email which they never answer in a timely manner or at all. I had to get a friend to write them on twitter because that seems to be the only thing they pay attention to and of course nothing was resolved. My package is no where to be found my money is gone and Christmas is ruined. Thank you.

I wish I had read the reviews published here before ordering. 8 days after receiving a despatch confirmation, the sneakers hadn't arrived. After sending 6 unanswered emails, trying all the possibles phone numbers for their CS given to me by the receptionist at their head office, I realized it was totally impossible to get through to them. Royal Mail confirmed the tracking number they had sent me didn't relate to any parcel. Their despatch email was just a lie: they advertise products they don't have in stock. The ONLY way to get get a refund is through Paypal. 5' after lodging a complaint, I miraculously got an email letting me know I had been refunded and blaming RM for the loss of the parcel. Shameless liars!
