I ordered several parts after I ordered these gaskets, and all of them arrived 1 or 2 days before my gaskets. You need to improve your shipping.
They fixed the problem. Delivered on time. I just did the ordering, I didn't install them. Didn't hear any complaints on product. They arrived in the time frame they were suppose to. Packaging was good. I would use the company again if they have the parts we need.

Good shopping experience. Good price and quick delivery. The cap is vented in that it will draw air in but not out, therefore, the fuel tank will pressurize which is a potential hazard.

My suggestion for improved service would be a notification of when the item is shipped be sent to the purchaser.
I'm not sure how this happened. It's possible I accidentally picked the wrong item….but I don't think so. I entered my car as a 2015 Ford Flex. The bulbs that were sent were clearly not the correct bulbs. More importantly, the procedure to request a return is cumbersome. It's not very clear on the website other than saying "Contact Us" which is just the regular contact section of the website. When I did send the contact, I waited several days for a response.
