While the UI is archaic and hides ability to turn off renewals at nested annoying to find levels... the support is really nice and helpful to get whatever you want done and this means a lot with such a complex platform system with many features.
The only reason I'm moving is price on hosting with Amazon is next to free vs 175$ per year
I lost my website and SiteGround found it. I have used Tech Support for several issues and they are friendly and patient with seniors like me who have trouble describing what my mind knows and my vocabulary doesn't.
Alot of sites have chat screens that you can get sales information from. Sales teams are not always technically knowlegdable about all the different areas (understandbly). But with Siteground my chat guy Stefan was fast and thorough, and most of all confident. It's true, Siteground support is incomparable!

When my site crashed and burned hard thanks to something STUPID i did, one of their team members really came through. They helped me every step of the way to get my issue resolved. If i had not received their help i would have paid a pro to fix my mistake!
This is my second time needing a little support to resolve a minor mail issue. This time, just like the first time, wait time was less than 60 seconds, the representative understood my request immediately and had an answer/resolution within 5 minutes of me entering the chat. I am supremely happy with the overall service at SiteGround and the stellar support I have received when needed.
Hosting is becoming pathetic with siteground. Support is down the hill. I am already in the process of moving to another company.
I was trying to upload 800mb file to migration tool. It is taking several hours. I uploaded to their file system and asked them to import to wp migration tool. They refused to help and they left me hanging.
Recently bought namehero. They could attach and I could restore. But, siteground is taking terribly long and they could not help me through any process to restore my site.
I already have account in hostinger and namehero. I will move everything out soon.
Would thoroughly recommend Siteground to anyonewanting hosting and 24/7 support. Always seem to be able to fix any problem I have had. Legends!

As a business owner, my website is my showcase and even more important than my business physical storefront. Site ground customers service and their Representatives are very Awesome. They are very helpful, polite and patients. They always go above and beyond to solve the problem and providing explanation what might cause the problem and how they will resolve it. All done at the same time.

I am new to SiteGround, and this is my fourth chat. Despite the system showing over 20 mins wait time, my call was answered within a couple of minutes. Dimitar was very quick to understand the nature of my problem. Yes, he had to escalate the issue to tech support, but overall he was professional and friendly.

I have had bad experiences with auto-renewal of services with other online companies in the past, today SiteGround.com restored my faith in online renewal services... I contacted SiteGround via chat, requesting a refund but expecting a frosty response, got completely the opposite experience, I came away informed of how to correctly disable auto-renewal after first being reassured that my refund would be made and that they provide refunds up to 30 days after billing is made. How great is that, well-done SiteGround! :)
I switched from Bluehost to Siteground, and the speed both of my WP admin and my live site is 10x faster! Event if the transfer system didn't work on the first try, their support team is super kind and here to help. They are really fast to answer and to help you.
