1) I work in Joomla. It's not popular anymore, but they still host Joomla sites and they know the platform. I don't need help often, but when I do I need an expert. The support techs at Siteground are experts and they have never let me down.
2) They are accessible! I can actually be in a live chat with a real person or have a support tech on the phone in just a few minutes. And when I reach them, they speak perfect English.
3) They simply understand the problem and provide solutions for me to resolve it.
