After using several other hosting/domain services over the last few years, I have 4 websites and 5 domains now hosted/registered with SiteGround and I highly recommend their services. Their customer interface is very well organized and intuitive, so it's quick and easy to manage my stuff. Almost all questions are easily answered through their help menu. On the two rare occasions where I needed human help, it was provided quickly and efficiently. Won't go anywhere else!

SiteGround is the most professional web host I have ever used. Super fast. Great tools. But the best thing about SiteGround is their support. They never fail to provide punctual and thorough guidance. They always have the right answer, and every single rep is absolutely knowledgable and an expert at what they do. I always feel they truly care about me and my projects. This is extremely rare. I wish every tech company and tool had this level of support. Will always recommend SiteGround to my clients.

I've tried all kinds of hosting services from Square space to Bluehost to Wix. Siteground is by far the best across the board, hand down, from ease of use to hosting to their incredible support team. Never had an issue they are not willing to help me solve.

They are always cooperative and supportive. Helping new startups with all requested supports and their easy to manage tools are always good for new startups. Previously, unfortunately I stopped working with them but that was purely due to some of my personal issues. And my previous experience with them was so good that still they are my first priority.
I am pleased today after having fixed the website that was down, in five minutes. Technical support was instantly available, courteous, and competent. After I followed a few clear instructions. All was back in shape. I am not a professional developer. This kind of assistance is crucial for me and SiteGround delivers.

Their customer service is on point. You can get fast information, and honest recommendations on their hosting plans- even if might lose business- meaning there are no false promises. Ive ben a siteground user for more than 5 years, our team is very satisfied.
Was helped by Peter G today and he was so very helpful. He helped solve an issue for me that was completely my fault. Despite the fact that my mistakes were self-inflicted and that I made those mistakes in order to avoid paying the higher price - he did not make me feel like an idiot. He quickly fixed my issue so that I could go ahead and renew for 36 months.
Why did I decide to renew Siteground despite the increased cost? I have been with Siteground for two years now. In that time I have not had any issues with them or their service. After carefully looking over all of the options available and considering all factors, including reliability, ease of use, customer service, features, etc... Siteground is one of the best hosting services I have ever had. It sucks to have to shell out a lump sum for a new or fairly new business but it's so important to remember that you get what you pay for. And if you consider Siteground's track record, that still comes at a reduced cost when comparing all factors against other hosting companies. Honestly, if you're serious about your business, I highly recommend Siteground. I won't think twice when having to renew again three years from now.
I've never had any trouble with their support staff. I have used the chat option many times and am always happy with their assistance. They are always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
So far, I have had to reach out to customer service twice, both times they were top-notch and extremely helpful. Granted finding the area to speak to a person was not easy at first, but this is by far the best hosting site I have used, and I have used many over the years.

I had the refund for the auto-renewal, they were very helpful. Last time, I had issues figuring out how to do something on the site and they helped get it working. They seem knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I really like their service. They may not be the cheapest service around, but they are definitely the best I have used.

Siteground carelessly migrated our site. It's been down for hours. SSH which we use for backups, remote mysqls all are gone. IN addition, they switched our A records to default. The worst part is they don't even care. I've chatted with some support and they just"advance a ticket" to which I wait an hour to get a 1 line answer and a link to a tutorial. No real help. This is so horrible if you own a business and they mess up your site during their "aintance"
The tech support here is great. Quick to respond and they always get to the root of the problem. I get easy to follow steps from them whenever I get stuck. 2 years in and the experience is consistent every time.
