Ordered 2 trailer tires rec. 1 they say they shipped 2 together. The tracking numbers they provided says the replacement tire will be here in 3 days. When I contacted them said they'd send another, but my trailer is being charged rent while they jerk me around. Didn't screw around when they took my money. Screw this company will never even look at their stuff again. To bad I can't give them a 0

This company has exceptional prices and outstanding service. They ship very quickly. The tire is exactly as advertised.

I was looking for a tire to replace for my daughters car. She is on a donut waiting for a tire to come in. I ordered it on Wed it arrived on Friday. They sent the WRONG tire all together. I called and they offered me a 5% discount and assured me that they would get the correct tire sent out to me(even telling me that they sent a notice to the distribution center to send the correct tire) Well it is Monday and guess what... sent a new wrong tire! How in the world does this happen? What are they paying people for at the distribution center. They were going to send out another tire, but I just want my money back! I am sending the 2nd wrong tire back tomorrow when I can give it to Fed Ex. I don't get my refund until they get it back. What a huge waste of time and energy!
Side note: I ordered from another online retailer and they are sending it out today! Before I paid the salesman checked to make sure they put their hands on the correct tire. This tire is very scarce and I can not find it anywhere locally. So it is a blessing to finally have a tire company in my corner!

Found the exact tire I needed for my atv. Over 50% cheaper than other sites. Easy ordering and fast shipping. Order Saturday and received it Thursday. Will shop there again for my tire needs.

Ripped me off and never sent me tires then asked me to send a picture of tires I never received. Scumbags

Exceptional! It was very easy to make the purchase online and once I did, the items were shipped. The items were just as described. I was informed via email of the shipping status and the order arrived as quoted! Overall, it was an excellent experience. I will certainly make another purchase here.

On April 8,2021, I ordered a set of tires from SimpleTire. The tires shipped to me were the wrong size tires. I requested an exchange for the right size tires, but the lady in customer support told me they couldn't do that. I then requested a return and SimpleTire sent a FedEx truck to pick up the tires.

SimpleTire has not refunded my credit card. When I try to call, I am left on an infinite hold because they say they are too busy to answer the call. When I call sales, however, I am connected to an operator immediately. I want my refund so I can buy the tires I need.

Screwed my order up, never got my tires then offered me the same set 3 days late for more money than original. When I pointed it out they went back to original price. No discount for my trouble or their screw ups.

I ordered tires. They took money from my account for the order. Later, I was sent an email stating the tires were out of stock and a refund would be issued within a week. That doesn't solve my problem. I needed tires. Their support is not helpful. Don't count on getting your order. They have a terrible inventory management system.

First time user of Simple Tire - Ordered tires for my zero turn mower. Shipping was faster than I imagined & I really liked that they kept me notified throughout the whole process. Tires were also good with no defects. Will be using SimpleTire again.

The tires I ordered came super fast and with no problems. Awesome company to order from. I highly recommend them.

Over all my order was great however the shipping was not all that great what was originally said to be a 2 day free shipping turned into a 3 day free shipping. But then on the 3rd day only two tires showed up by fed ex to be told the other 2 would arrive the next day so now it's 4 days for the complete order to arrive however on the 4th day only one tire arrives so now I only have 3 tires and now being told that the 4th tire will arrive the next day so the next day the 5th day the 4th tire arrives... was not very happy with fed ex simple tire did a great job though

I did specifications an comparisons right on simpletire site pricing an ordering was easy. Tracking provided was updated daily so I knew when to expect delivery
