I called this company about a set of tires I had my eye on for a while. I spoke with a lady that was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. When she didn't know the answer she would go directly to their website to find out. I ordered them and they arrived on schedule and are even more impressive looking than I expected. Best of all was the price. Cheapest of all companies I contacted. I would highly recommend you give them a look next time you need tires.

The tires are delivered for free to either your home or tire business near you that is contracted to provide the lowest cost for mounting & balancing. SimpleTire will arrange with a local tire business, your order. SimpleTire has very low pricing and delivery took two days and they were in my hands. Over the phone Customer Service gave me the confidence to own the process of buying the right tire and selecting my local company of choice to install them. Online website was quick and easy to use in purchasing the right size tire. This is the only way I will purchase tires in the future. The two times I have used them, SimpleTire had discounts applied to the already low price. When you can get 15% to 30% off four tires, you have to be happy with the final savings. I'll never do it any other way.

Have dates, call logs and written notes on experience. Ordered tires on website to be delivered one week later. Never showed up. Kept pushing my arrival time further back. Finally received only ONE of the tires I ordered. After calling both fedex and simple tire both of which were useless and not willing to help on the ordeal I filed for fraud due to the purchase not being fulfilled on their end. NOT ONCE did a manager call me back or a customer service rep. Emails were sent out to multiple locations seeking help to see what could be done. After the tire on my vehicle finally blew out and I had no transportation I went a week using uber. Again no one called. My tires finally arrived after months of waiting and I still never received any call or letter or even a discount for the inconvenience. As a supervisor for a fortune 100 company I will never again use simple tire or fedex and I will make sure to spread my experience to as many people as possible.

Simple Tire is by-far the best tire vendor I have ever dealt with. Whether it be the purchase of a single tire for lawn and garden, or a quantity for other types needed, they are always there to assist -- and with a live person, at that! It's always nice to know the specifics on a product, before purchase. Their prices are great for name brands and the tire selections are unlimited - and they don't offer cheap knock-offs. This vendor provides fast and free shipping and each tire is packaged separately and shipped uncompressed - eliminating the need to wait for it to regain shape before mounting. I've been using this vendor for over 2 years and each time my purchase experience has been awesome. Best of all, their second-to-none customer service and fast order processing has remained consistent throughout.

Sold me the tires. Said concierge would contact me to schedule the appointment. I never heard from them again. Eventually the tires showed up at the place I had made the appointment to get installed. Turned out the appointment I made didn't exist. The place said they listed them as a vendor without their consent. Didn't have an available appointment for weeks and suggested I take them elsewhere even though I'd already paid simpletire for installation. They must've just pocketed that money.

This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of ordering through. Nothing about this was "simple", I used the website to get me the correct size for my vehicle, and the wrong size was sent. But it doesn't end there, only 2 of 4 tires were delivered. I used this service because I needed the tires delivered before I left for college. Now I don't have them and had to leave them with my grandmother to worry about returning. After a long drawn out conversation, the solution is to send the two back and get a refund. However, I do not have a Fedex drop off location where I am from. There's one small drop box that will not accommodate 2 large tires. And as I said my grandmother is the one who will have to do it since I have left for college. Now I do not have tires, was not offered anything but hoops to jump through, and have a very non simple return process. Whenever I am finally able to get my refund, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I have bought several sets of tires of ALL price ranges and never have once been disappointed. The price they have compared to other sellers are 9 out of 10 times the lowest... and did I mention FREE shipping. On a "bulk" item as tires this is a huge saving. Always ships fast and notified every step of the way. Stating I would recommend Simple Tire is an understatement.

Found them on Simple tire. Best prices on the internet. They arrived sooner than promised. And the shipping was free! They even delivered them on a Saturday! Definitely will do business with Simple tire again.

This company let me order tires online took my money and three days later sent me a email saying they had a mistake on there website, saying the tires were wrong. NOT MY PROBLEM your website had a problem. This company should had stood by there mistake and shipped my tires! I will be reporting to the better business bureau and attorney general. This put me in a bind and now dont have tires even ordered. When I tried re ordering they tried to charge me $220 more per tire! So there website has miss advertisement just to lure customers in to rip them off. STAY AWAY!
