I did specifications an comparisons right on simpletire site pricing an ordering was easy. Tracking provided was updated daily so I knew when to expect delivery

I ordered one set of tires and they have added a second set i didn't ask for and won't cancel order. State I can return second set and be charged $60

I was a little skeptical at first about buying tires online but am I glad I did it? Absolutely! It was so easy to find my size, compare prices and order them! Super impressed with the process and the speed of delivery. You have a forever customer here

I ordered a 275/30ZR20 tire on Saturday. I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt because they offered a good deal. Well today my tire gets here, and its a 275/35ZR20, which is not the correct size. This is such a simple order. It is literally 1 tire, I dont know how they managed to mess it up.

So I called and sat on hold for 35 mins listening to elevator music, to only be told sorry, and act like its not a big deal. They offered to send out a replacement, and now I have to wait until Friday for the new tire. So that now puts me without a car to drive for an entire week instead of 3 days.

To top it off, I was offered compensation of an unknown amount for the inconvenience, but I have to wait 24-48 hours for the billing department to send me an email to ask me some questions. Just a disorganized transaction process that should not be this complicated.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle.

This website was great. I ordered my tires for my Chevy truck and they arrived within the week great condition, great prices, and great timing on the delivery couldn't ask for a better company website

I purchased tires from simple tires when i drove on the tires they made my vehicle fishtale all over the road very very dangerous to drive on when i contacted simple tire about this issue they acted like it was my fault and they wouldnt do anything about my issue so i took the tires off my vehicle and bought new tires that work fine and now im stuck with tires i cant use and out the money i paid for them.do not buy tires from this company all they care about is the money they get from you and not the customer satisfaction. Terrible company.

It started off good with the sales guy. Then when I had to get a hazard package refunded it took 5 different people and 4 phone calls plus asking for a supervisor (which they never even called back) for anyone to issue the refund. I was told the same story repeatedly until I asked for a supervisor which I was told would have to call me back because they can't "transfer" me to a supervisor. They never called, so being outraged I called back and finally they said they would just issue me a refund on the spot... why couldn't that be done from the start? Idk. I told them I wanted to cancel my whole order and they said if it already shipped then they can't, when I said it was still pending they said they called their warehouse and no one answered and they couldn't confirm if they had actually been picked up from FedEx. I was told if it hasn't shipped they can cancel if not then they'd have to wait to have the tires shipped back before a refund could be issued. Crazy enough they shipped out the night I asked to cancel... kind of a coincidence to me but hey... THEN once my tires shipped from their warehouse which was about 3 days after the purchase was made (even though they advertise "3 day shipping") they only delivered 2 out of the 4 tires. When I called the FedEx they said they shipped them individually and they all have their own tracking number (probably to save theirselves money). It was a horrible experience, besides the sales guy their customer service is horrible, they give you the run around in hopes that you'll give up and stop calling. I will NEVER go back to this site for tires.

I ordered my tires 1. 1. 2021, i received my tires 1. 6. 21. I called after seeing my tires waiting for pickup by delivery company. The woman on phone was very pleasant and very helpful. She told me my tires would ship that night, she would inform me when they would. And she did i received them the next day.

I buy all my tires from Simple Tire because their website is easy to navigate and the prices are great and the shipment is fast.

Pretty basic requirement of any business: deliver the product and service you paid for. I ordered my tires online and set up an appointment at a local Tires Plus. On the scheduled day I took off work and went excitedly to get my new tires installed. Only the tires were not delivered there, and Tires Plus had never heard of me. Ok so mistakes happen, but when I tried to call the Simple Tire service number I just immediately went on hold, and could not find a human to talk to. Thank goodness I can do a credit card charge back because there's no other way I'd be able to get a refund.

Purchased second set of 4 Nokian tires in a year. First set was "lost" by FedEx. Simple Tire failed to offer a timely remedy.

Gave them a second chance. Their "Preferred Tire Installer" just declined to mount tires after scheduled on Simple Tire's web site. (Guess Fisher Acura is afraid to mount tires on a BMW.)

Simple Tire again dropped the ball and offers no options to direct that tires be sent to another installer for timely mounting. Found that Simple Tire rarely answers their phone and refuses to return calls when messages are left for them.

Next time it will be Tire Rack (if possible -- given product selection), which has always delivered what they promise and that actually answers phone calls.
