They had some tires on their site for a very low price. I paid immediately, get billed, receive a receipt. Next day they refund my money saying the tires were out of stock. I suspect they priced the tires too low and didn't want to honor the purchase or it's a tactic to get traffic to the site. Neither is good business.

Thank god I used my American Express card and the credit will be a breeze. I would NEVER EVER recommend giving business to this company. Worst customer service EVER.

Ordered 5 tires and received them 2 days later. Continual updates on shipping status, prompt responses to email questions, comparable pricing, etc. I hesitate ordering on-line but in a day where there aren't many other options, Simple Tire definitely boosted my confidence.

This was my 2nd order with Simple Tire. Several months back I wanted to order tires for my truck before I needed them due to Covid delays. I placed an order with JEGS (never again) on 11/23/21. They charged my card the full amount and told me to be patient due to supply chain difficulties. No communication until 2/16/22 when they email me saying that my order has been cancelled as the item is discontinued. I think we all know that Toyo didn't stop making Open County MT tires! I believe that JEGS didn't want to honor the price that was on my order. I ordered from Simple Tire on 2/25, tires shipped on 2/28 and were delivered on 3/2. Simple Tire will be my source from now on!

I feel as if i shouldnt have to wait over a week for tires when i can order from any other site and get them within 2 to 3 days

Purchased 4 new tires for my truck, short while after installation tires went bad. Try to resolve issue with Simple tire, they sent my numerous time to installer for different proofs and statements and after that stopped responding to my e-mails completely. Stay away from SIMPLE TIRE!

Love the tires, look amazing great product. Good prices, awesome customer service quick to respond. Fast shipping. WILL do business with again and also recommending people, product was just the same as described.

Ordered 4 tires on 1/18 for installation on 1/29. On 1/24 I receive an email stating my order was delivered. Show up and only 3 tires were delivered. Call simple tire and they argue saying 4 were delivered and nothing they can do. Try to return and can not since I don't have all tires. Customer service is not prompt in returning calls or trying to work with me.

Sold me the tires. Said concierge would contact me to schedule the appointment. I never heard from them again. Eventually the tires showed up at the place I had made the appointment to get installed. Turned out the appointment I made didn't exist. The place said they listed them as a vendor without their consent. Didn't have an available appointment for weeks and suggested I take them elsewhere even though I'd already paid simpletire for installation. They must've just pocketed that money.

I've attempted 7 times in two months to get a response on my defective tires I purchased to no avail.

I was extremely pleased with the company. My tire was shipped overnight. Highly recommend to anyone!

I don't trust Simple Tire! I was initially told I would receive an immediate refund upon my tires being returned. Today, they told me it's going to take 10 days to issue a refund. Mind you, they initially sent the wrong blasted tires! Worse, when I asked to speak with a manager, they told me it would take up to 24 hours to get a return call, and that no managers are immediately available. Deceitful! #trickery

I ordered 4 trailer tires at 11:30pm on Dec. 23rd
My order was accepted at 9am Dec. 24th
My tires arrived on my door step around 12pm Dec 24th! Tires were shipped from Charlotte, which is about an hour from my house.
Shipping expected date was the 28th

I'll be ordering tires for my truck next!

Pretty unimpressed with the tires them selves had two date codes for 2020 one for 2018 and one 2017 that's going on 5 years old not sure how they will hold up

Its been 8 days. Still have not recived all my tires. (2 day shipping? Lol)
Dont order from here if you are in a hurry.

It is rare to encounter an outfit so rampantly inept. I ordered a single tire from them, twice. The first time, they shipped it by the wrong mode, which would have made it miss my scheduled shop appointment by nearly a week. Its replacement, via another order, was supposed to be "expedited". Well, unsurprisingly, there was nothing expedited about it -- by the second day after the order was placed, it was still sitting in their warehouse, and had not been shipped, making it impossible for this tire to be delivered on-time, too.

I purchased winter tires from Simpletire back in October. My first time buying tires online so I was not super confident, as I did not have references. But the variety of options was very good and the price was also good, so decided to take the risk.

No regrets! The purchasing process was smooth and the delivery also. I had problem as I paid for installation, but the installer did not have the equipment needed for my car - but I was very happy with Simpletire customer support. They were very responsive by email, and redirected me to the dealership where I paid out of pocket and they promptly reimbursed me. While everything else was tablestakes, this is where they gained my loyalty and my willingness to write this review.

Ordered 4 tires they sent me the wrong ones. Had to return them and pay for shipping again. Payed over $350 Got $284 back. Bad experience with this purchase I won't buy from them again.
