How I started my business with Simpletire
Basically I am a Owner Operator and I needed 8 specific tires for my Commercial truck. Unfortunately I was unable to find these size tires in my local area and also thru out the state. Also from other tire shops explained that these size tires are on back order and may take weeks to get in stock. Can't afford for my truck to wait and sit, time is money.
So Called simple tire spoke with a representative explained my situation. Kevin explained my options and found the tires I needed. Great customer service, they are knowledgeable about the tires you need and also the pricing is great too. Definitely will be doing business with ST.

Did a price check from several different tire companies. SimpleTire was the best in all categories! Loved the selection, the reviews, and all of the details provided for each tire.The tires arrived in three days! This blew me away! I will never buy tires from a brick and mortar tire shop again!

My last three vehicles have tires purchased through Simple Tire. The customer service reps were extremely courteous and took their time on helping with this last purchase. I will easily recommend Simple Tire to anyone purchasing tires. They made it SIMPLE as the name implies'.

I ordered tires. They took money from my account for the order. Later, I was sent an email stating the tires were out of stock and a refund would be issued within a week. That doesn't solve my problem. I needed tires. Their support is not helpful. Don't count on getting your order. They have a terrible inventory management system.

Great tire prices. Fantastic shipping. Wonderful technical support. I was sceptical on buying tires online. (Not seeing the tires in person). I searched every store around me and checked amazon and ebay. Smple Tire had the best prices hands down. I purchased 5 tires shipped to my door that i would have only gotten 4 tires for anywhere else. If your in the market for tires shop no further. Save your time and money, go with Simple Tire.

Almost always they have the best prices, even if they dont they have the fastest free shipping longest I've had to wait is 4 days, and that was a freight shipment,

Ironically, I discovered Simple Tires via Consumer Reports recommendations. I ordered four tires using the make & model recommendations on their online app that costs me $700 in Early August, and stored them in my basement until the end of October. When my Mechanic examined them, he said they were to small. I called customer service, and told them that their app incorrectly specified the wrong size, they initially said if I was sent the wrong size tires they would honor an exchange, but when the sizes matched on the invoice matched tires they incorrectly recommended, they refused to exchange or refund the tires, says my money is lost, but they would be happy to sell me another set. Terrible, brand new tires never used

You will not find a less expensive tire store anywhere. My 1st purchase was a set of 4 Achilles ATR Sport tires. These tires are great looking and gave me all weather traction in all four seasons. I got almost 30,000 miles on my first set and liked them so much I just bought my second set from them.

Found the exact tires I needed. Found helpful information to assist in my purchase on the website. Fast and accurate delivery more importantly the tires were not squeezed by shrink wrapping which makes installing difficult. These guys know what they are doing, and make it painless to upgrade tires, wish I would have done it sooner!

Simple tire is easy you can search by vehicle or by tire size and read up on reviews of the tires your are searching. It took me all of 20 minutes to find exactly what I wanted size performance and price all considered then just 3 days later they were at my door as I preferred to have my guy install them, they also give you the option of setting up the install with a set price and have tires delivered to that location. Oh and best of all the shipping was free!

Lets face it, if you want to SAVE MONEY, your going to have to take a chance. I saved about $400 by buying my tires from SimpleTire. However, one of the tires I received was defective from the manufacturer. The team at SimpleTire knew exactly how to handle the situation. They shipped a replacement tire right away, and sent me a return label for the defective tire. 3 days later, the replacement tire was delivered and installed and I was on my way. If I had purchased tires from the local tire store, they would likely have had to order my tires anyway, including any replacements. I dont feel like I lost any time. Im happy to do a little leg work to save that kind of dough.
Being a business owner myself, I don't expect every transaction to be flawless. But I do expect the problems that arise to be handled professionally, courteously, and with expediency. SimpleTire came through with flying colors. I will definitely buy from them again.

They sent 2 of the wrong size tire to me so I had to ship them back. They provided the shipping labels and told me as soon as they arrived back at the warehouse they would ship the right size tire. After a week of waiting I called, and of course no progress had been made to ship the correct tires back. They then said it would take at least another week of waiting before I could get the proper tires. You can save a little money buying from them, but definitely not worth the month of delays this caused me.

I just happened upon this site while looking for the prices and noticed they had some really great deals. I checked out then a little more and the sure mechanics were extremely easy to use and they had a plethora of different ways you could get help if you needed it, but as I said it was so easy to use I didn't even have to look Kat the help options. They have great prices on all the tires I saw plus I love that it's free shipping. And you can get it shipped to your going or your favorite garage. Plus my tires arrived days before they were originally scheduled to. I will definitely be recommending them and returning to this site for future tire purchases.
