I ordered a set of tires from Simple Tire. Put in my address and the order was accepted. A week later I checked on my order as it had not shipped yet and it was cancelled. Contacted customer service and they told me they only ship to the US. I had to inform them Alaska was in the US and that there website says they ship to Alaska. They do not. Finally got a customer service rep that told me they only ship to the lower 48. They do not seem to care even a little that their website is dishonest about where they ship.

Now we will not likely get the tires we want before the snow flies and Simple Tire really does not care.

Highly suggest not buying from them as other sites who have cheaper tires have a return policy that doesn't charge you $20 a tire to return. Plus they expect you to pick up the tires from fedex or your charged for having them delivered to you. They wont charge you the restock fee if you purchase from them again. This is the bait and switch.

This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of ordering through. Nothing about this was "simple", I used the website to get me the correct size for my vehicle, and the wrong size was sent. But it doesn't end there, only 2 of 4 tires were delivered. I used this service because I needed the tires delivered before I left for college. Now I don't have them and had to leave them with my grandmother to worry about returning. After a long drawn out conversation, the solution is to send the two back and get a refund. However, I do not have a Fedex drop off location where I am from. There's one small drop box that will not accommodate 2 large tires. And as I said my grandmother is the one who will have to do it since I have left for college. Now I do not have tires, was not offered anything but hoops to jump through, and have a very non simple return process. Whenever I am finally able to get my refund, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Worst company ever don't use their shop's messed my tires up don't buy the road hazard covers nothing

The only place I could find size and tire I wanted. Shipped from California to Florida in less than a week. Couldn't be happier

I was very impressed with my first purchase from Simple Tire. Their prices were the key factor in choosing them and their customer service was excellent. I received my tires within 4 days of ordering and there were no problems. Their communication was excellent and I knew where the order was every step of the way. I'll be a repeat customer. The number of well-known brands of tires was a tremendous help when I was trying to decide what tires to get. I was happy with their explanation of each and the ability to compare each of them on the site. In my experience, their prices were below that of many of their competitors on the same tires.

Fast shipment and right on time when expected delivery. East install and good product. Shipped in the best condition possible.

I just bought my 10th set of tires from ST. My installer just called me to inform me one tire was defective (air bubble on side wall and tread depth too shallow). I waited on hold for 15 minutes to get a rep who told me he would initiate a warranty process & someone would contact me within 48 hours to start the process. I tried to escalate but got nowhere. So now I am without a vehicle for at least 3 days, had to go to installer to get pictures and a written statement from them to be ready for my call from the Warranty Department. Any truly customer centric company would have shipped a replacement overnight and said "sorry for inconvenience please ship back the defective tire". I will never buy from them again.

We had to return four tires well before the warranty was up. The side wall of all tires were cracked. Tires were received by them a month ago. We have been jumping through hoops ever since. I have called many times to be told they will call me back. It has not happened! Now they say they need to figure out how much they owe us as we did use the tires. I will NEVER use simple tire again. They are anything but simple!

Hello everyone I'll purchase two sets of tires on Sunday but the business was close no customer service no communication with no one so I called at 8:05 in the morning to cancel the order but it was outside of my 30 minute window I asked to speak to a supervisor at 8:05 in the morning again at 11:30 again at 1:30 again at 2:30 and no one have got back to me yet do not buy tires from these guys they will rip you off

Very competitive pricing... but the shipping was INCREDIBLE! Wife was so happy to get her tires so quickly.

How I started my business with Simpletire
Basically I am a Owner Operator and I needed 8 specific tires for my Commercial truck. Unfortunately I was unable to find these size tires in my local area and also thru out the state. Also from other tire shops explained that these size tires are on back order and may take weeks to get in stock. Can't afford for my truck to wait and sit, time is money.
So Called simple tire spoke with a representative explained my situation. Kevin explained my options and found the tires I needed. Great customer service, they are knowledgeable about the tires you need and also the pricing is great too. Definitely will be doing business with ST.

They price matched an incredible price I found on another site, had the tires at the install shop three days before my appointment, and buying the install through them saved me at least another hundred dollars. Excellent all around, I saved at least two hundred and fifty dollars overall compared to the next best price I found, and I didn't have to take my truck to Wally World. A+ experience!

Bought a set of Sceptor 4XS tires for my daughter's SUV. The tires I bought had a treadwear guarantee of 60,000 miles. Received tires with a 45,000 mile warranty. Called. They said sorry. Sent tires back. Got new tires. Same exact 45,000 mile tires. They said "we'll extend the warranty on these cheaper tires so its the same as buying 60,000 mile tires". I said I want tires with a UTQG equivalent to 60,000 tires, not cheap tires with a longer warranty. They said "what is the Uniform Tire Quality Grading (UTQG) system?". Wait... what? You sell tires. This is the worldwide system to grade and guarantee tire wear characteristics. This is like a taco truck not knowing what a corn tortilla is. Sent tires back. Waited 7 weeks. No refund. Had to stop payment with my credit card company. Fortunately, I saved the tracking tracking numbers that showed, yeah they got the tires back but didn't refund my money. In short, they don't know what they are doing, don't delivery what you pay for, and don't return your money when they should. Besides that, they're great.

Heard about Simple Tire and needed new tires sooner than I planned so I gave them a try. Best price I could find for the Interco 35 12.5 16.5 tires I needed which are not a common size anymore. Fast shipping with a slight delay as two of the tires must have been misrouted by Fedex which happens sometimes. I use a local llantera to install the tires so I save money all around. I will probably use Simple Tire again soon when I switch to a more common rim size.

I ordered 1 tire on Wed 3/23/22. The tire was suppoaed to be delivered to me on Friday 3/25. I did not receive my tire until Wednesday 3/30. It took 1 week to receive my tire. After talking to someone I was told that my tire was never shipped out and it would be 1 day shipping and I woukd get Tuesday 3/29. Once again I didn't get it until 3/30. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a set of 33x12.5x20 Milestar Patagonia AT's at 4:30 am. They were in my drive way at noon that day. I also took advantage of the sales they always have. Great company!

Ordered on Friday and received at my doorstep on Sunday. Web site very user friendly. Tracking provided every step of purchase and shipping. Really surprised at quick delivery. Probably my best ever internet purchase.
