Pretty basic requirement of any business: deliver the product and service you paid for. I ordered my tires online and set up an appointment at a local Tires Plus. On the scheduled day I took off work and went excitedly to get my new tires installed. Only the tires were not delivered there, and Tires Plus had never heard of me. Ok so mistakes happen, but when I tried to call the Simple Tire service number I just immediately went on hold, and could not find a human to talk to. Thank goodness I can do a credit card charge back because there's no other way I'd be able to get a refund.

Brian arranged to have my tires sent by courier immediately from Ferrari to Burt Brothers so that I could get them installed in a timely manner and not need to cancel the order. Some agents are very frustrating in giving unreliable and not straightforward information, resulting in much aggravation and wasted time.

We ordered was happy got the confirmation of the order being placed (Saturday), Monday comes I see they cancelled our order but they took the $. We've been on the phone we're getting our money back and we're going through somewhere else this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever dealt with regarding purchases online

Purchase a set of tire for my motorhome. Called directly to ask if the tires were manufactured in 2020. The representative said that they would be as their inventory churns at a high rate. Asked specifically due to tires aging out before they actually wear out. Received the tires and they were already 15 months old. Contacted simple tire, and there so called hassle free return comes with a $15 per tire return. Start to add up when your ordered 8 tires. If I would have known they would send out old "New" tires, I would not have ordered them.

Would not be a big deal if these were going on my car as they will typically wear out in 4 years.

I've purchased two sets of tires. First set had "manufacturer" issues but I gave the benefit of the doubt and bought another set. Same issue. Had to jump through hoops for replacement and go through road hazard coverage even though I had a letter from a tire shop which clearly stated - could not be road hazard issue. Lack of common sense is baffling. Would never purchase from them again.

We had to return four tires well before the warranty was up. The side wall of all tires were cracked. Tires were received by them a month ago. We have been jumping through hoops ever since. I have called many times to be told they will call me back. It has not happened! Now they say they need to figure out how much they owe us as we did use the tires. I will NEVER use simple tire again. They are anything but simple!

The tires seam fine to me a friend said they were a little old, but were delivered on time, but when i tried to contact them about the charge for the road hazard warranty you can not call and talk to anyone both of my E-mails have gone unanswered. I will not buy from them again will go to the local tire store, I only saved a few dollars on the tires, but with the road hazard that i do not need on these tires it was more than buying local

I was a little skeptical trying SimpleTire.com some reviews are great and others...not so much. The price on a set of large tires was quite reasonable, and simple tire was giving me additional discounts, so I decided to pull the trigger on the deal. I received a confirmation of the purchase via email, and the tires were delivered to the installer near my house within the time stated. The installer installed the tires on my truck and that was that. It was pretty easy peasy. So easy peasy, that I ordered another set of tires for my kid's sedan. Same process, same result from Simple Tire. My experience has been very good and I would use them again.

I had an awesome experience with Simply Tire! Great price to start, then a Veteran Discount made their price unbeatable. Free shipping was included, ordered Friday and delivered FedEx on Sun morning! A+ experience!

First time user of Simple Tire - Ordered tires for my zero turn mower. Shipping was faster than I imagined & I really liked that they kept me notified throughout the whole process. Tires were also good with no defects. Will be using SimpleTire again.

Ordered four continental terrain contact h/t tires on a Saturday. Emailed verification of order and they shipped out on Monday. Said 3-5 business days for shipping was scheduled for Wednesday delivery. FedEx delivered on Thursday (not simple tires fault). The experience with simple tire.com was great. Got what others including tire rack didn't have. Price was slightly more than tire rack but what good is it if can't get all you need. Gladly paid the little extra and got everything I ordered as promised. One helpful thing is check your tire manufacturer for rebates. I was able to view and print a great pdf bill off simple tire to put in for the 100 rebate on four tires. This made the little extra worth every penny and then some! Highly recommend these guys.

SimpleTire is simply the best tire vendor in the USA. Period. They have a superb selection, the best prices I could find anywhere, with a real, live, very knowledgeable and cordial service rep on the phone to verify orders and confirm shipping instructions. I was looking for and found great snow tires. In late January when just about all other tire sellers were out of winter stock. Checked out simple tire prices against local sellers as well as top online Warehouse clubs, they either didn't carry the tire or it was significantly higher. Not only was the tire cheaper, they offered me a military discount. Ordered the tire and received it within three days to my door step. How Aw sum is that. Great service, easy website to navigate and great price. This will be my first stop when I'm ready to replace my tires.
