I ordered from Simple Tire once and the tires were at my house the next day. They were left at the end of the driveway next to the road ready to be stolen. I emailed customer service to let them know, never heard from them. No big deal.
Ordered two tires August 31,2020 to be delivered by 9/2. No tires on 9/2. Fedex pushed it off till 9/3. I'm irritated so I contact customer service ththat I didn't like the New web dashboard, and the military discount can only be obtained through 3rd party verification every time. I also told them the process of getting an email to somehow add to you account was cumbersome at best I still don't know how I did it. NO REPLY!
9/3 I get an email that Fed Ex delivered my tires@ 8:36pm at my front door. NOPE! I check everywhere and my cameras. NADA! Call Fed Ex. They are opening an investigation and if they don't come by 9/8. They will contact Simple Tire.
I call Simple Tire. Silly clown music for 15 minutes. It kicks me off the phone and says email Simple Tire and they will respond in 24 hours. Can't wait about to take a long trip. OK cancel my order! Ordered from Walmart.

Not impressed I waited 6 days for a tire for it to be the wrong size tire! I sent emails to get this resolved right away because I have a truck show next week and no response so then I spent a half a day on the phone to find out they will fill out a form and send it to another department witch will contact me in 24hours! To fix the problem so by the time this is all fixed in a roundabout way it will take about 2 weeks or more to have the right tire based on the week I've already waited

I bought some tires last year from these people last year on Ebay, and a year later they formed tumors on two tires with no help or respect of the warranty. These people are not good sellers and people should be aware of this before buying from them. Very unhappy with the scam I took and the runaround from this store. Buy local and stay away from people that hide behind the computer to avoid warranty. My suggestion,"DON'T BUY FROM THEM"

The tires seam fine to me a friend said they were a little old, but were delivered on time, but when i tried to contact them about the charge for the road hazard warranty you can not call and talk to anyone both of my E-mails have gone unanswered. I will not buy from them again will go to the local tire store, I only saved a few dollars on the tires, but with the road hazard that i do not need on these tires it was more than buying local

All in all it was great. The website made it very easy to find the tire I needed. The tire came right away & I was back on the trail 3 days after ordering. On top of that shipping was free! Thanks so much!

Had a blowout and couldn't get the replacement because it is on national back order so I had to get a completely new set of shoes… I didn't have all of the money for the complete set but simple tire made it super fast and easy for me to get financed on a few tires and I had them within two days… Literally one of the fastest shipping products I have ever received in my life and I am 1,000,000% satisfied in my purchase! I ordered a set of Thunderer M/T and LOVE THEM!
