I got my order of 4 tires one day ahead of expected. Ordered on a Saturday and they arrived on Tuesday by lunch. Price was also great!
Tires were ordered on September 23rd... order was received on October 9th! If I had known they were utilizing Fed ex I would never have used this company. I ordered these tires to be installed local. Recurved shipping confirmation from simple tire. Email stated tires delivered and ready for for installation on selected date 6 days after supposed delivery. Go to install appointment. They only have ONE tire. Contact customer service and request refund as one tire does me no good leaving on vacation in 2 days will have to spend more money on tires locally! I never get a reply from simple tire instead another shipment notification. Showing tires shipped... Bought tires locally and had installed. Went on vacation. Returned home on 9th of October and receive email stating tire are Delivered. Are you freaking kidding me 3 WEEKS. There is nothing "simple" about simple tire! Failed Miserably! Fed ex Failed Miserably!
Placed my order for four new tires earlier this week. Got ‘em within three days - no shipping charges! Just had them installed on my trailer and drove home. Wonderful ride! Trailer is empty but no fluttering or vibrations. Couldn't be happier.
I must be near a warehouse because I paid for the tires on a Wednesday and they were in my garage on Thursday the next day. Got a great price for what looks like nice tires with excellent reviews.
Vary inconvenience would recommend you just buy at a shop they can't handle shopping the mess up and send you more then you order and want to deal with dropping off at pick up location just a trash company all together don't waste your valuable time

Simple Tire is the perfect name for this business! It was simple for me to find the right tire size for my new wheels, simple to place the order and, as per their excellent suggestion, simple to have the tires delivered directly to my mechanic! Simply a GREAT COMPANY to do business with!
Ordered a tractor tire on Sept. 17th. As of end of business on Sept 25th, still no actual status from company other than it's been escalated to the appropriate department. Several conflicting excuses have been given over the last 4 business days including 1)not being able to print shipping label; 2) something about it being an oversized item; 3) no actual stock at warehouse so asking another warehouse to ship. I even offered to pick up the tire at a warehouse 30 miles away (they said that was the ship-from city)... no reply on that one after 1.5 days...
If I ran my business like this, I'd be out of business.
I was in the market for a set of mud terrain tires. Found a set of X/T allturo trail blades I wanted. Simple Tires had the best price and fastest delivery hands down. I ordered 2 tires for my Lexus. Size 17. They sent me 16. I emailed them 4 days ago to inform them of the issue and haven't heard back from them yet. I will give them a week then file with my CC co.
I've checked 3 local stores and other online stores for specific tires. All were out of stock, or over 5 day delivery. Found what I needed at Simpletire and delivered in 2 days. Was very impressed. Definitely new tire go to store.
I got a flat tire that turned out not to be repairable. I placed a warranty claim on Monday, and Friday morning I had a new tire delivered on my front porch. The process was so smooth and I appreciate the quick turnaround
The tires i received were not the tires in the picture. I'm guessing they're the "newer version" of the fury mud tire, and if that's the case then the website needs to change the picture on the site. Here are pictures of the tire i ordered and the tire that i received.
This was the second order we placed with Simpletire.
The order came 2 days sooner then they said. That alone was great... and then the price was HUNDEREDS of dollars cheaper for the same tire. These are large motor home tires, 255/80R22.5, retail $787.99 each. Simpletire, $625.99 ea.
