Terrible! Transaction failed and support won't give me a refund. All I am told is the transaction happened but the wallet is down! 72 hours later and nothing. Same canned response that I need to wait longer. Feel like this company might be insolvent. Update... Worked with Brad (awesome guy) the support over at Simple swap and I was able to get a refund and then make a new request which worked. I let them know communication could be better but I am happy they made it right in the end. Changing to 4 stars as communication missed the mark a bit. I would use them again.
Waiting for 2 hours for a simple XMR to BTC exchange! This is outrageous. People are loosing money on the exchange rate because this "instant" exchange is not so instant. They come up with all type of excuses. Stay away from this site!

For some unknown reason the conversion did not continue and i didn't receive back my HMND coins.
I have written to customer support several times asking for my funds back, but each time i get the same answer "Your funds are safe, please don't worry. We will keep you updated".
It's the 12th today! I'm being blatantly ignored.
I categorically do not recommend using this service!
UPD: The conflict was resolved. But i don't raise the rating above 3 stars because of the time wasted.
I didn't know I sent Tfuel from a smart contract. The exchange I created stuck at awaiting for 30 minutes and I wondered why it's took so long. I have reached their support and they explained me what was the problem. Happily, the exchange went through and I received my Btc quickly.

This website gave me a bitcoin cash address for an order, after I sent the money it changed the bitcoin cash address, telling me that the address where I sent the money is not theirs! Please consider this website is a big scam

This is a scam! They get your first swap smoothly, then when you commit to other transactions they become shysters. Been waiting almost 8hours after my transaction cleared Coinbase and they're still saying it's "due to liquidity" or they're "asking their partners". Trying to get some dialogue from them and only get what looks like bot responses or broken English. Not sure how they're still in business. Still haven't received my crypto. Contacting SEC, FBI, and IG. Stay away from these crooks!

Exchange took 2 hours. Then failed.
Coins held hostage, similar to the experience of others here.
I was exchanging ETH for RMRK at their floating rate of 1:82.2.
They claim that the rates changed for the worse and offered me much lousier rates (1:76.2) or a refund. When in fact the rates improved for the better as RMRK was taking a dip over the 2 hours they took to fail my transaction, and this was even reflected on their main swap page.

The estimate for your exchange was calculated at the time of creation, however, your deposit was received with a delay of 1 hour and 15 minutes. During this time, the exchange rate has changed and your order received "failed" status on 12/07/2021 at 16:21:16 UTC. We always stop swaps if the rate changes significantly (> 5%) during the exchange to avoid losing our clients' funds.
We in no way impose a rate on you, and we offered you a refund, specifying the current market rate. You preferred to complete the swap at the current rate, and we did it at your request.

Today I made my test exchange and was satisfied. The rate was good and the process took about 15 minutes. It's a good point that they have a loyalty program, I love such pretty little things like cashback for every swap!

Like Bill S from 3/27/21 I had exact same thing happen. First transaction went smooth and quick on 3/23/21, now second on 4/11 they start their crap. Take your coins then nothing! When you email about transaction, they ask for pictures, then videos, then transaction picture, then transaction hash text, then exchange ID, then moree and more BS. I too had to contact, Coinbase, Youtube, local police and now FBI cyber crimes department. Stay away from these scammers!

I sent usdt near to them, but they said it was on a wrong contract and exchange completion would not be possible. Instead they refunded usdt to me. I had to send them 0.5 near to cover network fees to issue the refund. Actually, it's too much for the network fees. They explained that they always request more amount in such cases and refund left amount back because the network fees aren't fixed. Anyway, I received back full refund and 0.5 near as well!

The rep responds in broken English, which gives a me a weird video as I read these reviews. Seems most are obvious bots and what I feel are the true genuine reviews are the bad. Screen shots and all! Hello! Yesterday am I initiated a swap (Link--> to XDC). The Link was sent to the requested address as per the Simple Swap system. This was deducted from my coinable pro account almost immediately. As I type, it has been 23 hours without fulfillment. I sent a help email to "*******@simple swap"... Lets see how long this takes to solve.
**Update**
A few hours after I contacted the support team, they solved the problem and at todays Link exchange rate which favored my position.
A minor hiccup and resolved fairly quickly. I would use their services again.

This company used to be rock solid. However, they are getting sketchy. I traded BNB for LRC, the transaction didn't go through. Now they want a VIDEO of me logging into my exchange before returning the BNB. No one should ask you for a video of you logging into your exchange/wallet. Use another provider, it's not worth the risk... BTW, three days and counting and they still haven't refunded the BNB.

David at Simpleswap customer service was not only professional but courteous and helpful following up all the way through my transaction.
I use simple swap lots in my crypto business but this was the first time my funds didn't arrive to the destination. Simpleswap did their research and was on top of the situation from beginning to the end and after they did their due diligence I was able to receive my full refund. Key thing is to make sure you create an account and do your transactions there so you can have a history.

I attempted to exchange xdc for btc and followed the prompts and video from YouTube. It got stuck on step 3 but my xdc was sent to an address. I contacted support however it is a Saturday. It is going to be a long wait to hear back from them since I do not want to loose my investment. Not sure what happened or why it froze but the transaction went through from my wallet holding xdc.
