I ordered my dream dress online here at what I thought was an amazing price, but the only reason it was so cheap is because it is an awful, cheap version of the dress that hardly compares. They showed photos of a beautiful dress that I'm very familiar with and then sent an untimely different dress. I tried to return it and they gave me two options, neither which were to just get my money back because of false advertising. They also said that the dress they sent is beautiful and right. Excuse me? No it is not. Their customer service is ridiculous and I really hope that this reaches people so you do not make the same mistake I did. I would much rather pay full price for quality then get a cheap knock off that does not even compare. I am super dissatisfied with this company.

The asset to this shop is the ease of communication with the seller. Lucy is very available and responds to all sorts of requests and quickly. I have purchased my wedding dress and it was good. I didn't expect to have a designer dress quality for the price. What I suggest to is to go over every detail with the seller (the lining, the color of the stitching and finally to ask for a picture before they send out the package to make sure that everything is ok. Dress is very well made, colour was exactly as advertised - thank you would recommend this seller 100%.

I just recieved my dress today... on time in Canada :D I am a super happy bride to be, the dress is beautiful... alot fuller and heavier than I thought but i'm not complaining. It's more dress than what I paid for!

I was really nervous ordering my wedding dress online but this dress was my dream dress. I had it custom measured (i'm short) and ordered it on october 16th. I got my dress, perfect in everyway on the 6th of november.
It was really beautiful and elegant, must more quality then I expected. For this price your are getting very good dress.
I had it custom measured but I it was little bit too big over waist and chest, but we did add extra cm on the measurement because we wanted it to be too big rather then too small. Had it tailored and the dress fitted me perfect. Everyone at my wedding were saying how beautiful the dress was and it was like it was made specially for me. So I am very very happy

Sent the wrong dress - ours was sent to USA. The dress sent was dirty and unfinished. No offer of replacement or refund - still waiting and it was over a year ago. If this is for your wedding, PLEASE go to a reputable company where you can try on the dress and pay for it properly - I know this is a cheaper option, but your dress is important - THIS COMPANY IS RUBBISH

Simondress was amazing at getting my dress to me on time! I was nervous buying a dress from China, but it got here on time! I ordered a custom dress that didn't turn out just how I had imagined, but simondress was amazing at getting it to me! (I should have been more specific in my preferences) What an amazing and talented person! If you're double thinking about buying - Do not hesitate! Amazing customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

STAY AWAY - horrendous service My dress turned up all wrong, very very bad, stones hanging off, filthy, not packed into anything but inside out in a UPS bag! When I demanded a refund they gave me 3 options to 1. Pay for a new dress at cost price, 2. Pay for return of dress to them even though they made the dress wrong and forgot to ship the other items I paid for. 3. Pay for modification of my existing dress that they cut and made wrong! The worst bit and stupid me- I initially disputed this through Paypal when It had taken a long time to hear from them, and they made me close the case or they threatened not to ship my dress! When I closed the case which they demanded me to do they shipped me this horrendous wedding dress and at $530 I was embarrassed by it - it was filthy not wrapped in anything, not at all like the pictures, they are scammers, it is cheap and please don't ruin your wedding day getting one of their "designer" copied gowns, they are pure rubbish for the additional $1000 I got the real deal. All I can use the dress for that they sent to me is as a bin liner. I sent them pictures after they requested them and pictures of the faults of stones hanging off, and the zip when it should have been laced up back! Then they asked me to pay more! It is a disgrace. I escalated to Paypal nothing they can do as I closed the case! It is bribery, terrible tradesmen ship and bad form. NEVER EVER USE THIS company! I have learned my lesson, you never ever get what you pay for, you never ever get your good in their entirety and I am still missing a hoop for the dress. I also ordered a veil, well that judging by the pictures looks like a cut up grandmothers net curtain! I just received another email from them telling me they will send me another petticoat, they didn't send one in the first place! STAY AWAY, buying from these is like ripping money up and throwing it over your shoulder!
