Two years ago I ordered a wedding dress - the wrong one was sent and "my one" was sent to a customer in the US - the one sent was dirty and badly made... I was not offered a refund but a different dress to be sent - nothing has arrived. I am going to put some really bad feedback on here if I don't hear back - its been left so long because my husband has been critically ill - now I'm back on the case. Your response will be appreciated
