I do not recommend this is a common scam I waited for the phone to be unlocked for about 2 months no contact from them I sent dozens of emails I got maybe two replies they have not given me the money back to this day and the phone is still not unlocked. These are common scammers and thieves.

I was switching from Metro to go with another phone company because I have been with Metro since I got my first phone in middle school. What I did not know before leaving was that because my phone from Metro was brand new, the network was locked and I had to wait 125 days for it to be unlocked. I searched online for websites to unlock my phone (DoctorSIM, UnlockBase, IMEI.info, etc.) and the prices ranged from $45 and up. The highest price was close to $100. So you can imagine my thinking that this website was a scam due to the very low price and I had nothing to lose if it was. I paid the price (close to $20) and I only had to wait for 7 days for my phone to be unlocked. As soon as I clicked 'Network Unlock' THIS time, I was able to get phone service from my new phone's Sim card. Whoever is behind this site has been a blessing. I am bookmarking it and sharing their service to my family.

This is 3 days waiting now for an unlock code that' never Come. I paid arround $10 to network unlock an HTC kais 130 and they said it should take from 10 minutes - 2 hours and now it's more than 3 days. Today they are not replying anymore and when i send message through they website i got this ' ' email unknow '' ppl never buy something from them.

I ordered the phone to be unlocked and the service was not completed. I have requested a refund. The money was not returned, I think they are scammers! Order number ******* to be fair. Don't mess with them, don't trust them.

SIM -Unlock was extremely professional, and helpful in such a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone! I needed an old phone unlocked to replace a dying one and they made it possible!
Sent the wrong code, then told me it was my fault and to buy another code making sure all info was correct, which I did. This did not work either.
It may have been my fault once, not twice and their customer service is utterly terrible
They are cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I have an old Doro flip mobile and it was locked but not by my old sim provider. Message on mobile was to key in code. I was trying different numbers which i thought might be the code and i used up 4 of the 5 lives so only had one go left.the reviews were not good but for the price i took a chance. Paid the fee and the code came through, i keyed it in and i was thrilled when it worked straight away. No waiting. So i am very happy. Thank you.
