I recently ordered Christmas (December 3rd) cards and paid for expedited shipping (said December 10th) I gave it a few days past the 10th and contacted shutterfly as the tracking hadn't changed in days. They said they would refund my shipping cost. Fast forward 4 days later still no cards and the tracking still says delayed. I contacted the post office and they said they arent sure when they will arrive and they have no further information. Shutterfly is refusing to refund my money. Because "i can still get them before Christmas... yes I could still get them but the people who I would send them to will not... useless) I wouldn't do business with them again.

After paying extra $65 for delivery of a $57 dollars other. Ordered yesterday at 11 pm. Saying that my order would arrive by 12/19. First thing this morning at 8:02 am I received a email saying my order should arrive at 12/24 or further down. So me and my wife called customer service to cancel the other but this is a well bad training company, witch keeps transferring the calls to new agents so you have to explain all the facts over and over. Do not used then. I find out the Walmart do have same service for a fraction of the price. Plus they with one hours. To Shutterfly when my Christmas cards arrive after Christmas I will still have some memories of your $#*!ty service
I placed my order with Shutterfly on the 11th of December, I called today to check on the order (when it would be shipped) and the customer service rep first told me they can't give me shipping information (I paid the maximum extra) so I said fine, but asked when will my order be completed at Shutterfly. I was again told they could not give me a date when they would actually print my order almost five days later. I understand that shipping is delayed but blaming their backlog on shipping is unacceptable and unprofessional. I used to love Tiny Prints but now that it is owned by Shutterfly it's just not worth the hassle. If they want to keep customers they should be honest and own it. Will never order from Shutterfly ever again.
Just received my holiday cards and they are quite underwhelming. At the price they charged, I would have expected a bit more pizzazz. I called them and they were not helpful. The main issue is the card looked they were foiled and they were not.
So don't order from them. I ordered some from Costco instead and they looked perfect and much better quality for half the price.
My order showed it was shipped 12/8/2020. As of 12/15/2020 it showed it was still waiting for pickup. The company is located in Redwood City, CA and I'm in the Los Angeles area. Even if it was picked up and no tracking details were provided it shouldn't take over a week to arrive. I can receive packages from Pennsylvania in 2 days so why can't I at least have the package pickup and delivered within the same state in less that one week!

I ordered Christmas Cards from Shutterfly. They were supposed to have shipped on 12/2. It is 12/15 and they have no idea when the Christmas cards will be delivered to me. So I asked for a refund. They will not give me one until after the holidays. What sense does that make? Also, their phone lines are shut down so everything happens through chat. When asked to speak to a manager or any real person, the chat ends abruptly. I've started 5 separate chats to try to get a refund. They all end in the same way. To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement. I will never use Shutterfly again and I'm hoping you take my advice and save yourself a headache and lost $.
I had one of the single best customer service experiences - someone was friendly, fast, and just solved my problem (which was the shipping company's fault, not Shutterfly's). Really happy with the holiday cards and so grateful to be treated like my business mattered. It may just have been my good luck to get an awesome service rep, but I'll stick with them for future orders!
Another Christmas card order that will never arrived. Tracking has not updated in over a week, it is past the expected arrival date, and the company doesn't give a rats butt. Then you wait 20 minutes to speak to a representative (online chat) who types like molasses and take another 30 minutes to say "sorry can't help you (insert some lame excuse about covid) try again in a few days." And repeat that response when you wait another 20 minutes a few days later. They are just trying to ignore customers' problems long enough for them to go away.
I looked at my order history and saw that I have spent close to $600 with this company over the past few years but this is the last they will get from me. They blame covid and shipping for these issues but every other package from every other retailer I have dealt with this Christmas has come through just fine. The truth is they are cheap and use the lowest priority, crappy shipping they can to save a buck while charging you $10 to ship a few pictures. Furthermore, their promotions are always glammed up until checkout when you see that most things don't combine or one sale cancels out another. So by the time you go through the trouble of choosing pictures, possibly formatting them, choosing sizes etc etc etc you get to checkout and just accept the higher cost than expected. Garbage company, garbage policies, garbage customer service.

My order has no delivery status... it had one, then it disappeared. It is somewhere in limbo. The wait for customer service is over 45 minutes. The online is no better. I understand it is a COVID year, but get your act together!
I'd give them zero stars if that were possible. Far and away one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. 2-1/2 hours on the "chat" and the problem was not resolved. To make matters worse, by the time they offered to cancel my order because they couldn't fix it, they said "Oh, sorry, it's too late to cancel." I'm sure it wasn't too late to cancel when I started with customer "service". I will NEVER order from them again
They Keeps lying on delivery of cards. Won't let me cancel unless after Christmas! So frustrated! No cards and feeling completely bummed they don't seem to care. Could order from somewhere else and get them but don't want my 200 wasted.

Beware of ordering cards from Shutterfly. I ordered Christmas cards on 11/29, thinking that would be plenty of time. It is now two weeks later, and no cards. They have been sitting in Atlanta for 3 days, according to tracking. Are they just lost? I tried to talk to customer service, but I could not understand the agent, and he was no help in explaining what is going on.

My Christmas card order is lost. It has traveled from Illinois, to New York, to Ohio and back to New York. Tracking no longer shows where it is. I've tried to get Shutterfly to resend the order. Their standard response now is that shipping is slow this year. I can wait 2 more weeks (after Christmas) and call back and ask for a refund. I'll never make the mistake of ordering from them again.
