Fake shoes
October 4, 2021

I received my purchase in the mail today, then when I opened my shoes one of them was missing the wrapper on the inside and the boxes looked old… Then I looked at the shoes and they seemed fake… I instantly got online to look at the reviews, just now reading the reviews, and I believe they might be fake… Instantly regretting my purchase… I will be taking these to the store to verify whether or not they are real… The tag says made in Vietnam…

Shoes did not fit and company refused to accept a Christmas return because it was 2 days past the 30 day return policy, despite a COVID outbreak where it has not been possible to exchange Christmas gifts let alone go drop off the return because WE HAD COVID.

As a paying costumer I would think that the staff would be considerate and do their jobs professionally, instead of embarrassing the people who contributes to their lively hood some would call a pay check. I feel highly disrespected and would like to know why a certain employee thinks it's ok to confront who he thinks is allegedly committed fraud it's one thing to ask someone to leave but to continue to make a scene as if I was convicted in court for a crime I have no known knowledge of... I really feel discriminated against like. What gives him the right to accuse someone who has always paid cash or with the closest thing to cash DEBIT. I don't have credit cards for that very reason because I've been a victim of fraud in my past experiences with banks so I save myself from the hassle but to do all that and now be the accused, is just biased. So for the employee at niles st. Wws named JUSTIN. Just because you may deal with people who commit crimes against you or you don't know how to communicate when addressing issues such as get the facts straight do your homework because the treatment you bestowed on me very out in the open like I was a theif who has no up bringing when in fact you carry yourself just as such You don't know me nor don't know my life so when you are proved wrong just remember you had to chance to explain why and you refused so when you're time comes think of me cuz I will be thinking of this very moment because I'm am suing for slander..

Wss shoe store in norwalk trying to bang whittier... lmao. Most unprofessional workers I've ever dealt with
We ordered online and they only shipped 1 shoe. They told us to come down and use their employee discount. I drove 40 min to get there just to be told the whole store doesn't carry my size. There was about 6 girls there looking busy not doing nothing but playing around. The store mgr on duty says she will refund me w a 30 percent discount then opens the drawer and shuts it trying to say she gave me my money back when she didnt. Then after trying to take my money she finally gives me 10 back which isn't 30 percent of 70. Then when I'm talking to the mgr one of the girls cuts me off and says have a nice day trying to get me to leave while I'm in the middle of a sentence w the mgr. The mgr tells her rude $#*! to walk away and I told her listen to her boss and walk away. She then sits there trying to gang bang on me in the norwalk store talking about she's from v whittier. Then the other girls yelling me to get homies so we can all fight... most ridiculous scene ever. If this is who wss has working for them nobody should ever give them their business. A bunch of thieving $#*! lowlife behind the counter trying to steal- gangbang and incite violent situations... do better wss!

WSS Order Online Horrible
December 30, 2019

I placed an online order on 11/30/2019 for a pair of Van for my daughter to receive by Christmas. I received an email 12/9/2019 stating my order was cancelled due to shoes not in STOCK & I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. Well its 12/30/2019 I still haven't received my redund I've made several calls to get my money back only to be told an email was sent to Accounting Dept & to call & dispute it with my bank. Not only did I not get the shoes we wanted for Christmas but now they don't want to give me my money back. It's horrible to have to fight for your own money for something you never bought after all! I will never buy from WSS again they lost a good customer as well as my family won't shop with anymore either. It's ridiculous why you have to be told your money is being returned for a cancelled order in 3-5 days come to find out customer service has no clue how to fix the problem. I asked to speak to a Supervisor & there is no Supervisor what kind of poorly customer services does such a big company like WSS got going on? I would not recommend shopping ONLINE ORDERING from WSS! BEWARE HORRIBLE RIP OFF RIDICULOUS NIGHTMARE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T DO IT!

Today, August 1,2020, I visited the WSS located at 8236 S Gessner Rd, Houston, TX *******. As I walked in the store(with my 12 year old son), a staff member and a Harris County Deputy stood by the entrance. The staff member spoke and said "Welcome to WSS" and my reply was thank you. As my son I walked towards the Jordan brand items, I found a pair of all black Air Jordan 1 mids that I wanted to try on since I was interested in the shoe. I picked up my size, 10.5, and ventured over to the bench to try the shoes on. After pulling one shoe out the box and trying it on, I told my son next to me that the shoe didn't see good with the size I selected, and I turned my head towards the door, I see the Harris County Officer staring dead at me. After realizing in a quick second that officer had already stereotyped me, I continued to shop throughout the store. Like I ways do when visiting WSS i ventured to the back wall( discounted shoes) to see if they had anything in my size. As I looked around picking up a shoe or two that I thought was interesting, I turn my head to the left and the Harris County Officer is standing next to the Soccer gate looking dead at me while I shop. My son noticed and said" Dad, is that officer following us?" I took a moment and responded with I believe so. My son then asked could he go look at some airmax shoes... the officer followed my son from a distance and watched him but on the shoes. At the moment I decided that shopping at WSS right now is very uncomfortable. I told my son to put the shoes back inside the box and that we're leaving. I understand that people steal and having officers in stores just makes it more safer, but I am not one of those people and neither is my son. I work hard to shop when I want to and the experience and emotions I felt at WSS today was uncalled for. Today I am comfortable with saying WSS has loss my business for life. I will also tell my friends and family members this comfortable experience and encourage them to spend their money elsewhere when shopping for shoes.
