I bought 10 slippers for a youth basketball team party. The party ended up being cancelled and I can't return the product because its a "bulk order". Sh!t company and sh!t customer service

I ordered a pair of Retro Jordans 12 rising sun sneakers. The all white with red and black decals. I waited over two months. Finally after filing a dispute with PayPal I received a package. The shoes were knock offs and they came in a insulated envelope. They were replicated garbage with no tag on the tongue or in the shoes period. And they were white and gold. I have been trying to get PayPal to get me a refund and I also want to return the shoes but they are not trying to refund me a dime. They offered me a discount on another pair of their fake garbage Jordans. No thanks. Stay the heck away from this seller. They are a rip off!

I spent over an hour trying to get them to exchange the exact same shoe for a different size and they refused to do it because the shoe I bought was on sale at the time I bought it and they claimed that a size wide was a different style even though they are the same shoe and same price.

I purchased two pair of childrens shoes for christmas, the shoes came in the wrong size. I contacted them for an exchange and the representative told me the return policy was 30 days. I attempted to speak to a supervisor and the woman told me that she was the only person I could speak to and that she was the person in charge of returns.

Do not do business with WSS - total scam. Ordered online, they took my money, days later canacelled my order, and refund was not sent. Completely ripped off.

I'm now stuck with $400 shoes I got my daughter for Xmas they won't even exchange, I don't want my money back I just would like an exchange, the kids running the stores have no clue what they are doing, they lost a client today, this place won't stay open long

Return policy Sucks! This Policy benefits the store and not the consumers.This practices keeps the money in their pocket. New shoes yet never wearn! Size was too small one of my foot smaller then the other due to swallowing after surgery, which was a medical reason as well,and WHY I went over the 30days, as the shoes was given to me as a gift so the person didn't know. WSS Store didn't care which showed lack of empathy on their part! ($$$$ hungry)You will never get my Business Again!

When I originally found WSS shoes I was searching for a hard to find pair
Of PUMAs. I was surprised they had them, and others. Then there was/were the great prices... This all led to an increasing level of skepticism.

When I researched the site I found conflicting reviews. Needless to say this did not help my angst.

Nonetheless, I decided to take a chance; and, it paid off! I received exactly what I ordered and exactly what I was expecting to. The shoes arrived quickly and were 100% legit authentic NIB PUMAS.

I ordered a total of 8 pairs of shoes and a tee shirt. I wouldn't not hesitate to order from WSS. My experience was perfect!

So I ordered shoes to have them delivered to my store. Was supposed to be 3 DAYS! Instead I waited 10 and had no alert that my shoes were in the store. I was really looking forward to these btw. So I called the local store since the online store has NO ONE TO HELP! The local store said they'd look into it and call me when they came in. A few hours later, now one day 17 the day i called, and they CANCELLED my order! Then there was no one to call! What a scam!

Not only did they not notify me of a shoe that I ordered being out of stock, I had to wait a month after the supposed shipping date I was given to call. When I was told they didn't take any money out of my account for the shoe that never came I was pleased until a few weeks later they took money out of my account anyway. I called to see why money was taken out of my account and all I got were empty responses and they told me to dispute the charge with my bank and there was nothing they could do. All my other shoes arrived separately and weeks after the date I was informed of. In conclusion the online shopping process to receiving the shoe is inconvenient for the consumer, poor costumer service and notification on orders, and at the end I paid for shoes that I never recived.

Don't not ordered from this crooked people I ordered pair of Jordans for $120 an never received them an all they said is they can't do anything about it

Wish I woulda checked the reviews before ordering. Per website 24-48 hrs to process & ship. It's been 6 days - still not processed & shipped & customer service has yet to provide a timeframe.

I have not gotten my merchandise or my refund from these people I have called and message them yet they still have not responded.

I'm a USMC Veteran & I've had several foot surgeries & was recommended by my surgeon to wear New balance shoes. I purchased shoes from WSS the shoe rubber separated from the sole W/I 2 mths by no fault of mine & they wouldn't replace the defective shoes. I understand the 30 dy return but they were defective you could see they weren't attached properly. Sad situation. I'll go elsewhere from here on out. These were purchased from the store in Corona California

Bought my toddler grandson a cool pair of Skechers.Not so cool when they arrived, they were used/preowned! Even had someone's initials written in them. I definitely do not recommend.

Des (Destiny) assisted me and answered all of my questions. They have competitive pricing and a wide array of products. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a pair of tie dye converse for my nieces birthday. When I asked customer service when they would arrive they would not be me an answer. The shoes arrived and when I opened the package I could tell these were worn and returned. The box was tore up, the shoes were scuffed up, the laces had stickers in them, the shoes had marks on the inside along with cat or dog hair. My nieces birthday party was the very next day and I didn't have the present I was wanting to give her. I did my part by ordering and paying in time to have these here for her birthday party. This company did not do their part in supplying the shoes that I was promised in new condition. I was given the option to return the shoes and get a refund or to return the shoes and get a replacement. But I am still upset that I had to go buy another gift to replace the shoes so I would have a present to bring to the party. That's extra money out of my pocket for an incompetent company. I should have ordered from Footlocker or another company.

What a horrible experience in this place from the manager me. He started counting the time he had to close the place he closed the door in my face and then I didn't change my shoes
