I will never use or recommend WSS. I found the shoes I was looking for on their site. They attempted to ship twice and both times screwed the order. Both orders took so long to go out they thought that they had shipped and were lost. On both occasions they requested return to sender after the shoes were en route. The second time the shoes were 2 hours from my house when they recalled the order. They claim to have issued me a refund but it's on my credit card so I'm not worried. Paid a few more dollars and the shoes were delivered from another company the next day.
I ordered 2 pair of sneakers for my son from thus company. When sneakers arrived they were much smaller than size they were supposed to be. When I tried to return products, which you have to email them first to request they send the return/refund info. They would email me question regarding items to be returned, once I emailed them back, they would send another question days later. As if they were attempting to drag out return time. Once I answered all questions; no items were never worn, yes items are in original packaging etc. I again informed them I wanted a refund and to return the sneakers. I never received any further communication from them much less return information.
I ordered 2 pairs of champion slippers (45$ ech) and a pair of shoes for my son. It came in 3 separate boxes spread out over a 2 weeks. First box said all items would be in box one so i thought i got scammed but i got it all at a great price, too. It eventually ended up coming! I did use PayPal like other reviewers said to do.
I was skeptical at first from reading all the reviews, but my experience was flawless. Ordered online, and received my shoes on time per the delivery date given. I would order from here again, best price I could find.
Purchased soccer shoes after receiving them they were low quality. Called to return them got the run around. 30 day return policy even though it was a Christmas gift. The granddaughter couldn't even try them on because it was a surprise. No Christmas gift policy. Took 8 days to get them THEY considered 30 days from shipping not receiving them! Finally got a UPS label and they charged me 7.99 for the shipping return! Do NOT order from this scam company. I am writing to the attorney general to make a formal complaint.
Worse customer service ever I purchased some Jordans the box was demaged they were worn dirty and creased. They wouldn't even give me a discount so I repaired them myself after months of contacting corporate and all there other stores they say they will just refund me now out of nowhere and they better not be worn! Wowwww they are crazy and rude saying that will make it' right hung up me several times don't waste your money and time you won't get what you purchase they should be a second hand store
I don't know why or how they pick and choose which customers to service, but my experience with wss was (suspiciously) good. I splurged on a pair of jordan flight 45s april 1st, and i communicated with their reps through email on a couple occasions for status updates. The response was always prompt and my package was shipped/delivered within ten days of purchase. That being said, i can't recommend this site in good conscience solely based on all the negative reviews it has garnered. Tread carefully...
Okay, I actually read the reviews after I had ordered the shoes. Lol! I was a bit flustered after reading the reviews and wanted to ask for an instant refund but I just prayed about it and kept it moving. I had 2 seperate orders on the same day 07/07/20. It was around 5pm-ISH CST... anyhoo, today is 07/10/20. My shoes arrived in good condition... i'm awaiting my second order but I know it's on the way, i've tracked my shoes using the tracking number I was provided in the email and my second order will be here by tomorrow... in Jesus name Amen! This was a GRADE *A* experience for me, so far. If I don't edit this, that means my second order arrived A-oKAY! I got exactly what I ordered so far, size and all! Shoes are BRAND NEW!
Not a bad selection, but the music was so loud, I had to pretty much yell at my sin about the shoes, as well as the cashier. They couldn't even hear me tell them my information.
You order you paid and than they cancel orders. Store pick up so slow too im not going to order online better go to the store.
My wife and I purchased 80 dollars worth of shoes. Customer service at the Zaragoza told us we get a $25 gift card to spend. We took it on the last day. Store on Alameda in El paso, told us we had to spend $65 more dollars just to use the $25 card. We were never even informed about that, and that was very embarrassing, otherwise we would have never went. Why you even have those cards, we're thinking that you guys are doing a great job giving us a little something back, and you're just asking for more... Very disappointed they couldn't even explain it to us correctly.
I ordered from this company a few years ago didn't have any issues I ordered my shoes last week got them promptly I open the box and they look terrible feel terrible immediately knew that they were fake hopefully the return process goes as smoothly as the purchasing process went. TRASH
I bought a pair of shoes for over retail since they charge 8%+ for Tax and received a pair of dirty used shoes which also had a cut on the leather and the dirty spots can go unnoticeable but i payed for a brand new pair of shoes, not a used pair. There was a blue stain on the shoe that annoyed me because I have shoe cleaner product and it still wouldn't come out, and the shoe seems like it's lifting and the glue is visible in some areas.
I've tried to sign up and create a account with this website and have been unsuccessful I've also tried to check out and pay for shoes as a guest and still no way to do so. Then I went on an try to click on certain shoes that interests me or in my children and it wouldn't let me I feel like maybe it's a scam
They were out of the shoes that I ordered, some J's. I got an email saying money will be back in my account within 3 to 5 days I called customer service they told me days were 3 to 7 now, I called the next day and she tells me my money has been refunded the same day the shoes where canceled. Damn lie looking at my bank statements as she's feeding me BS
Today I came in to purchase some slip resistant shoes and they didn't have my size but a young man by the name of Andrew went out of his way to help me find a location who did have my size ad make sure that they did have my size and in good condition before sending me to another near by location. Online store does not work they put nice good shoes at a good price and when you have already paid they let the days go by and they tell you that they do not have the product they cheat you they send you another product it has happened to me 2 times but the third time it will not happen because I do not wish nothing to know about them anymore
You need to pay attention to all the reviews. The customer service at this place is a joke. I ordered shoes for my son to get by Christmas on the 14th of December and by the 17th they still had not shipped so when I sent the email inquiring why they hadn't shipped yet I got an indiscriminate text from PayPal stating that I had a refund for the full amount. No explanation to me or anything. Now it's too late for me to get the shoes to him by Christmas. Oh well I guess I'll take a picture and wrap the picture in a box...
I ordered two pairs of Adidas on this, I returned one. I couldn't get anyone to respond on the status of my return even though I had proof it was returned via USPS. They gave me a hard time, I had to open a case file with Paypal. It takes a long time to get someone on chat and they don't respond by email very well. I will never buy from this company again, I suggest you don't either. Terrible!
I bought 10 slippers for a youth basketball team party. The party ended up being cancelled and I can't return the product because its a "bulk order". Sh!t company and sh!t customer service
