I spent over an hour trying to get them to exchange the exact same shoe for a different size and they refused to do it because the shoe I bought was on sale at the time I bought it and they claimed that a size wide was a different style even though they are the same shoe and same price.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy here. You'll be sorry. They won't exchange for same no matter what. Customer service is terrible.
