I purchase console table with mirror Rs ******* on 31 08/25 till date 11/11/25 i didn't receive product.
No giving proper answer before purchase they talk and guide very nicely, after paying they start ignoring, there tracking site also not refreshing or updating automatically.
So we don't get any updates.
I lost my money and patience also suggesting everyone don't by from this site any product after payment no one responsible.

THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS AND FRAUD COMPANY. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED BY MONEY ******* RS SINCE 1 YEAR, THEY SEND EMAILS TELLING TO REMOVE REVIEWS ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO REFUND THE MONEY. AFTER REMOVING THE REVIEWS ALSO THEY HAVENT RETURNED THE MONEY, PLEASE DEAR CUSTOMERS DONT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS SITE

I paid for the mirror on the online shops.in website on 20th Jan 2025. Paid 17k and still not received the order. We are doing Follow for several days now, but no one is responding.

There are many victims of this website, so everyone should be aware. Please spread awareness. Don't buy anything from this website and try to write as much as review as possible. I have attached my payment receipt for your reference. Please go through it. Don't buy anything from this website, this is fraudulent website.

I ordered an expensive coffee table from the website three months ago.

They haven't delivered it yet. No accountability. Their only email responses was awkward and cited shipment delays. Their WhatsApp support number keeps changing. Their replies are lies overall.

I recommend not to buy anything from this website. IT's a SCAM.

All pictures are stolen. They stopped responding after placing the order.
I was asked to send mail for cancellation but no response on mails as well.

I cannot stress enough how much of a scam this website is. They constantly change their WhatsApp number after cheating people, making it impossible to reach them once you've made a payment. There's no physical address listed—just a vague claim of being an "online-only" store that can deliver pan India.

They demand payment upfront, and once you've paid, good luck trying to contact them! Their invoice has GST number, which is valid but belongs to some random company. After reading this, they might try to fix things to appear legitimate, but I warn you—do not trust them. You will lose your money.

I filed a complaint already with the Cyber Crime department after waiting over 1.5 months with no response to my order or my inquiries. Save yourself the frustration and don't fall for their tricks!

A wall decor has been ordered and received but the website picture was misleading. It was a tacky material with a cheap quality paint which comes off on scratching. At the time there was no proper customer support to reach out and after finally when I managed to reach them and the seller, I was asked to take down the review from the internet to process my return request, which is absurd. Finally after 1 month I managed to get my refund.
On the basis of
1. Low quality, and
2. No customer support
I strongly don't recommend them.

After posting this review I have started receiving messages from the customer care +91 ******* ******* insinuating that I've "ungratefully" posted the negative review after getting my refund, which is my money. I'm now very sure that they are not legit and the positive reviews are paid ones because a legit company can take both positive and negative criticism. Please find the picture of the worthless piece they call it a "wall decor" I've received and the screenshot of the harassing messages from the customer service post closing the deal.

This is the first for me in terms of a marketing and digital retail scam. The site was not so popular so i called on the contact number first and we spoke over call and whatsapp both. I was concerned that i might not like the product so i assured that it could be exchanged and they agreed that exchange is totally possible if you dont like what you get. Once delivered, i called the person again and asked for exchange, he spoke to me rudely at first but agreed for exchange. Since then i have been calling him and dropping whatsapp msgs but no response from them. Its as if i bought something from a ghost. My worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this site. Waste of money and time. They dont even have the basic decency to tell me that the exchange is not possible and they are sorry for conveying me wrong information before. They have serious ethic issues.

I recently made a purchase from Shopps.in, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The product I received was nothing short of a disaster, completely different from what was advertised on their website. The quality was shockingly poor, and the finishing was shoddy at best. They deliberately did this and now they are claiming that the return window is closed.

They deceitfully substituted key features of the product, such as a golden metal beading, with flimsy paper stickers. This level of dishonesty and manipulation is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of integrity in their business practices.
I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Shopps.in. My experience, along with numerous other complaints I have come across, indicates a pattern of fraudulent behaviour. It is evident that they prioritise making a quick buck over delivering quality products and providing honest customer service.
Do not be fooled by their claims of commitment to customer satisfaction. Shopps.in is a scam, and their actions speak volumes about their lack of professionalism, reliability, and ethics.
Please save yourself the headache and financial loss by avoiding Shopps.in at all costs. Let us stand together against such unscrupulous businesses and protect others from falling into the same trap.

Shopps.in is a verified fraud, online scam. All they have is good pictures on the website. They have no products, no ethics and no customer service.
Once they collect the cash, they become unresponsive. I bought an expensive dining table from them. They didn't send receipt until I chased them for it. There was no mention of delivery and there is no place to call. Only a number in which they will call back. After several chases they send 8 poorly made chairs and a 6 seater dining quality – an absolute disaster. Now that they have got the full cash, there is nothing a customer can do about it. When buying expensive furniture buy it in person or from a trusted vendor not from this scamster.

He took my complaint and photo of the shoddy furniture, removed my complaint and wrote a glowing review himself and posted it on his site. So now i know all his testimonials are fake.

Was on the lookout for some side tables and found shopps.in with a great variety. They custom make on order and all my orders was well finished and delivered safely

I got the reference from a friend who has purchased some products and asked them to do a custom design of coffee table. Good results and great quality

We went around Delhi and NCR searching for the exact table for our needs. No one could give us and no store did customization. So we contacted shopps.in and they gave us a quote with different materials and options. We selected one in our budget. Came in 2 weeks but gorgeous. Recommended
