Much like other customers have stated avoid this company at all costs. I received a damaged piece of furniture in April, after much back and forth and pictures for proof, the company approved the return and sent a home delivery service to pick up the piece in June. It is now November and Shop Inspired Home.com has been giving me the run around regarding the return since then. The company is now claiming that the they are unable to find the return they authorized, that was picked up by their home delivery service in their own warehouse. They have now stopped responding to may emails and direct messages- and just as others noted-no one answers the phone or returns voice messages. This level of blatant disregard for customer service and lack of urgency when resolving customer issues is ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Vanity chair

I ordered a vanity chair about a week ago and did not receive tracking or much support from the contact center. I am very dissatisfied. The funds have been taken out of my account yet I have no merchandise.

I purchased a lamp and it was missing parts E and F. I reached out to them to let them know only to be informed that they didn't have those parts and I would need to purchased them from another vendor. And that they would credit me back after doing so. This is supposed to be a brand new lights how are parts missing!

Avoid this company. This establishment has the most unprofessional and incompetent customer service I have ever encountered.

Long story short. I ordered a sofa from Lowe's. Inspired Home is the vendor.

When the delivery never came to my house after I took the whole day off to wait for it, I called Lowe's. They said to call Inspired Home, the vendor, to get tracking info.

Well, 10 days, 13 emails and phone calls later, I FINALLY got a tracking number. Only to discover it's not mine. The tracking number they gave me was for an item going to a completely different state than mine.

So now it's almost a month since I've ordered this item. I have no idea where it is or when it's being delivered. No one at Lowe's seems to be able to help. No one at Inspired Home will return phone calls or emails, despite repeated attempts and voicemails.

They were happy to take my money right away, but delivery and customer service? Non-existent. If you can, never deal with this company EVER.

Lost Shipment
October 20, 2022

I order desk and fedex delivered to wrong address. I send: ring video and picture of my house front. They never send to fedex. Later i found out they did late claim to fedex. They refused to refund money only reason was fedex refused nothing they can do about it... lock of customer service they never follow up. I lost $500 now look for small claim court to resolve.

A purchaser may only return a product if it is defective. Phone number for refunds wasn't answered after three attempts. If you return a product without approval, they will return it to the purchaser. I attempted to cancel before it even shipped, and was refused, told I had to wait for the shipment to arrive. Then, of course, I could not reach a customer service rep. What a ripoff!

Scam Company

They have charged my credit card and now will not give me any specific answers as to when my order will ship. You cannot speak to anyone. Just lots of automated responses and online useless chats.

Spend more somewhere else that offers a more reasonable return policy. 20 % restocking fee and you will need to ship back.
