I ordered a dress five days before my event and two days later it wasn't delivered. I decided to email ShopHaya customer service and they promised me that they would do everything so I could get to wear the dress for my event and that's exactly what happened! I received many compliments since I only buy from them :)

Very happy with my order. Fits were perfect and quality was a lot better than I expected. Definitely ordering again! I found this shop in COVID_19, I was on my phone browsing and found ShopHaya beautiful style and service. I'm happy to support minority women.

The actual dresses on this site are not the same as you see on her website. She never even went to college claiming fashion designer. She is getting the fake dresses out of Hong Kong. I never got my money back from her. Her doorman told my Doctor friend that she operates out of her 1 west room in an apt she is renting in manhattan. Plus my items arrived 18 days later. SHe needs to be honest and post actual pictures of these bootleg clothes.

I bought 3 items from shophaya, and had a great experience! My delivery came very quickly, and the tops I got were just as amazing as they looked on the site!

I'll definitely be back!

I ordered a dress months ago and what arrive was NOT what was advertised on the site. It was a cheap knock off, made in China, and not to mention about six sizes too small. I had to send several emails before getting a response and they asked me to stop contacting them. They also delete comments on Instagram of people just asking for customer support. Disputing this exam size with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Please don't buy anything from them they suck and screwed my order up and sent me the wrong color of what I ordered the Customer service sucks and kept giving me the run around telling me they sent it but they couldn't understand that they sent me two different colors so please don't buy anything from them

I'd give a lower rating if it were possible. Where do I start?
Wrong descriptions and claims about almost all the items I ordered. The descriptions are quite misleading when you get to receive your items. From the quality to the claims such as Waterproof Flashlights, to 90'000 Lumens, Waterproof trousers that are delivered in the wrong size, but are not waterproof, Be-tall pads that are supposed to be from a silicon material that is stable and doesn't wear out (Bough right size and tore while my girlfriend was trying it).

What makes the matter worse is their threats and trying to lure you into keeping wrongly described items. The more you insist on returning the more they get angry and try to bring in charges that are not clearly stated on the website. You're left at their mercy because they do not even just simply send you the return address without trying to manipulate you for a couple of days.

What I find insulting is that somebody already fooled you into buying a fake and worthless product and then they try to threaten you with refund policies that they decide on the fly.

PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST.
THEIR TRICK WORKS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT DOMAIN FROM THE ONE THEY SELL THE STUFF ON, SO NOT MANY GET TO SEE THE REAL REVIEWS.

This may be the worst customer service. Let alone, $#*!ty quality of fabric and the photos they use of the items they supposedly sell, is simply not the same. I wish I would have seen this page before I made a purchase. How can we get this on Instagram? Should we do a "I warned you" page?

Had asked several times through customer service contact if the emblem i ordered for my ford f150 was in fact 9in. I had clearly marked on the ordeethat i wanted the f150. Received wrong size with no response now from customer service still.

The actual item quality is terrible and can't be returned!

I ordered a dress, didn't receive any confirmation email. 4 weeks later I contacted them and they asked if I ordered under a different email, which I didn't. I also told them I just wanted to cancel the order for a refund because I didn't need the dress anymore. They ignored that request and the next email was "hey we found the order, we entered your zip code in wrong so it delayed everything!" I was very confused why they would just take my money and ignore the order. They then shipped out the item that I had already asked to cancel. When I got it, it was literally a random dress that I didn't order, LOL. It felt like they had no clue what I ordered so they just chose a random dress. It was also crap, you can get the same thing on Shein! I sent it back within the week, and 4 weeks later still no refund from them! I shouldn't be the one reaching out, they should refund it automatically. When I finally reached out for an email, over the past week they have been insisting they have sent the refund which I have not received from PayPal. Basically, if you want what's rightfully yours from this company you are going to have to fight for it yourself.

It's a Scam. My friend Jessica never got her money back and had to call Shopify to force her to return. Her excuse was that she wasn't around at that time. Her customers never returned twice.

So I ordered my package one month ago, I ordered two items the Dixon satin skirt set and the Maisie Boho Backless dress. After two weeks of not receiving an email that signaled my order had been shipped out I started to get worried. I started investigating and realized Shop Zaya in An identical website with the same items and same photos by models and artists wearing their pieces. These claims are totally false. I started sending emails to their costumer service to get apologetic responses about how the items I ordered were not available and bc they were getting thripple the amount of orders they usually receive. Every time I reached out a different rep would tell me they would take this matter personally. My order had priority and would be shipped out as soon as they received the clothes. I started writing comments on their instagram, and my comments got deleted and eventually my instagram got blocked from their site. Fast forward to today almost a month after I initially ordered and I finally receive my package. The quality of both items was beyond my belief. They were crap. Not only that, they sent me the wrong color of dress. I ordered a beige dress and receive an ugly purple lila color. I ordered an extra small and received a small. The buttons on the dixon set are about to fall off with all the threads coming off. I paid $130 for both items which for the quality is so unsettling. Since I was so let down by the quality I checked the tag of the purple dress they sent over, and to my surprise this dress is from SHEIN in china. Not at all from the exclusive shop haya brand from NYC. I went on to SHEIN were you find trendy bad quality clothing to find the dress I ordered for $13... I paid almost $60 for it. That is a giant rip off. No wonder it took a month to arrive. They were waiting for the order to arrive from China. Don't waste your money. The site is a scam. If you want cute cheap clothes buy directly from SHEIN or I would recommend princess polly. You end up paying the same. I am so disappointed in this company, trust me and avoid yourself the pain of dealing with them and giving them your business.If I could give them zero stars I would.

Shoppers be VERY aware. I got 2 dresses and a top which caused be 170bucks with the 20% off code. Now BE AWARE of these codes. They will set your items ON SALE which means that it is not returnable. And when I got my dress it looks totally different with totally different and unwareable design cut with the cerlebrity's dress in the picture. The point is that they don't put the actual thing up on their website! And selling different things, when I see the tag that's attached on the clothes, it is exactly what I could get out of alibaba with maybe 10 bucks. It has the same factory tag sewn on the clothes. Now since it's unretrunable I asked for an exchange and it took MONTHS to get the stuff to me. No one reply to email and promised to sent out something and don't. I think this is a totally scam and please don't buy in to this anymore. They are just some resellers not NY designers that have worked with all these cerlebirties. Totall BS.
