This is a brand that keeps changing their name in order to avoid being called out for scams. It used to be called Shop Haya. The site is mostly filled with photos stolen from other brands, that's why it looks legit at first glance. Don't be fooled though, many people don't even receive their products after they order from Haya and Lila, and if they do they will be very cheap materials and not at all what was shown in the photos. My order took months and was eventually disputed with my credit card company. Avoid this scam at all costs!

Shop Zaya, also known as Shop Haya and Haya & Lila (they change their name often, I assume to avoid backlash from the scam they are running) is a completely fraudulent business.

Everything looks great on their social media and they seem legit at first glance, but it's entirely because the images they post are all stolen. Notice how they don't tag models in their posts- it's because they took the images directly from the influencer or model's page and they aren't actually wearing Shop Zara's products. Confirmed sites they have stolen from are Orseund Iris, For Love and Lemons, House of CB, Are You Am I, Rat and Boa, Zara, Cult Gaia.

I realized this too late, after placing an order and having it "delayed" for months. When it arrived it was the lowest quality trash I've ever seen. Uneven hems, frayed seams and the sizing was off by at least two sizes. It looked NOTHING like the photo.

What makes it even worse is they ignore and block you if you request a refund. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my CC company.

Bottom Line: this scam site needs to be $#*! down immediately. Do Not buy from here!

I ordered a dress months ago and what arrive was NOT what was advertised on the site. It was a cheap knock off, made in China, and not to mention about six sizes too small. I had to send several emails before getting a response and they asked me to stop contacting them. They also delete comments on Instagram of people just asking for customer support. Disputing this exam size with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
