I ordered a dress, didn't receive any confirmation email. 4 weeks later I contacted them and they asked if I ordered under a different email, which I didn't. I also told them I just wanted to cancel the order for a refund because I didn't need the dress anymore. They ignored that request and the next email was "hey we found the order, we entered your zip code in wrong so it delayed everything!" I was very confused why they would just take my money and ignore the order. They then shipped out the item that I had already asked to cancel. When I got it, it was literally a random dress that I didn't order, LOL. It felt like they had no clue what I ordered so they just chose a random dress. It was also crap, you can get the same thing on Shein! I sent it back within the week, and 4 weeks later still no refund from them! I shouldn't be the one reaching out, they should refund it automatically. When I finally reached out for an email, over the past week they have been insisting they have sent the refund which I have not received from PayPal. Basically, if you want what's rightfully yours from this company you are going to have to fight for it yourself.
