Bad business

I placed an order from this shop since 4/2022 and I paid $3000 but now I haven't received the furniture yet and the shop doesn't answer phone and email either, I need money back please

We are happy with the table we purchased but unfortunately the base of the table came apart when putting it together and there is also a small dent on the table top. We also ordered 4 matching chairs and 1 of the chairs had the holes drilled in the wrong area so we couldn't install the leg supports. We contacted support the next day and have been speaking with Caitlin which has been a nightmare. She has informed me their rep is unable to replace the complete table base and checking with the warehouse to see what parts can be sent. As of today, we haven't received any parts or new table base. We would like to order 3 more chairs for our island and we will be shopping elsewhere for the addt'l chairs.

I made a purchase 2 months ago for my formal dining room. I still haven't got all my items in the set and when I ask the question "When is my delivery coming?" They always give me the same answer "In a few days" It has been 2 weeks since they said that. Overall their customer service is trash and they take forever to deliver PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 2 MONTHS FOR 1 ITEM!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

I purchased a dining room set on April 26,2022 and my order FINALLY arrived on June 18,2022. When we opened the box, the table was damaged. Wood was busted and broken which would have not not made it easy to assemble. I immediately took photos, called and emailed their customer service department to report the issue. I was told that they needed to investigate the damages and get back with me. After almost 3 weeks I was told that they would see if they could send someone to my home to repair the damages, if not, they would ship me a replacement. Two weeks after that update, I was told that they have determined that it was not repairable and that they would be submitting a new order for the replacement. The rep even said that in the meantime we could use the table. How in the HELL can my family sit at this use table with big chunks of wood sticking out!? I have sent an email every week, called daily, and left messages with Tina (at ext 505) who used to return my calls I have asked for a full refund and have yet to receive a call back or response. I have been robbed of my money and I want it back! This has been an absolute nightmare purchasing from this company. Also, I went online today, 7/27, and noticed that A LOT of things are "Out Of Stock". I makes me believe that they went out of business especially since I've been calling for 2 weeks straight and no answer. They were quick to charge my card but have yet to deliver an undamaged product that we paid for! I would advise anyone considering purchasing ANYTHING with this company to stay far away and save yourself the headache of having to deal with poor service and unethical business practices. I have requested a refund and they have stopped responding,

Purchasing was easy, of course. But after 1 month of waiting, our love seat and sofa set finally arrived. However, the shipping company broke the sofa and listed that the love seat was broken. Without any double checking with the shipping company and doing due diligence, customer service processed a replacement love seat instead of the sofa. They even said that they continually had problems with this specific shipping company but yet continued to use them probably for cost savings, but didn't double check their work in processing for my broken merchandise. Another month later, sure enough another love seat finally made it to the house and that is when I discovered that they had processed the wrong item. After 2 months since initial order, all the company is willing to do is refund the cost difference between two love seats and their love seat/sofa combo instead of the difference between the separate love seat and a sofa. I will not be a repeat customer and I do not recommend using them at all! It's too bad for them because we just had a few relatives relocate and are looking for reputable furnishing companies.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES BEFORE BUYING
"I PURCHASED A BUFFET AND HUTCH AND TOOK PICTURES.
WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY HAD THESE HIDEOUS BLACK CANISTERS ON BOTH SIDES AND A TRANSFORMER BAR THAT WERE VISIBLE, THE AGENT AGREED WITH ME THAT IT LOOKED HORRIBLE AND COMPAINED TO THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS TOLD OH THE ANGLE WE TOOK THE PICTURE DOESNT SHOW THEM BUT THEY ARE THER.
DOESNT THAT SOUND CROOKED AND DEVIOUS...
I AFTER MONTHS OF WAITING NOW THEY SAY THAY CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT."

The "HIDEOUS BLACK CANISTERS" are the lights that illuminate the hutch. These lights are installed in the unfinished top of all illuminated china cabinets. This particular unit is nearly 8 feet tall, meaning the only way to see the lights is from an elevated position such as standing on a chair, ladder, or from a second-story balcony. Most manufacturers do not design these units to be viewed from a higher perspective.

I ordered desk and cabinets for my offices paid about 4300 for them and when i got them the door on the cabinets was broken i stopped while opening the box and called and talked to a lady name Amanda and she told me to finish opening the rest of the boxes and email her pictures of the damaged parts so i did just that and she responded and asked for a few more pictures and i sent those then two days later she sends me an email stating my claim is denied because it wasn't noted on the fedex package there was damaged items. Which is crazy no one in fedex sits around and waits for a customer to open and inspect all of their items plus during this corona 2019 they have a no touch or limited contact because of the epidemic. The messed up part about it all this company tried to get me to pay them 400 to bring this desk into house and wanted to charge me even more to put it together. It seems because they couldnt get more money out of me one way they then knowing sent me damaged good knowing that they have already been paid and there is nothing i can do. Beware of this company seems to scam people!

Damaged item

THEY SELL DAMAGED ITEM. AND THEY LOST MY CHEST TWICE. THEY WAS SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT AFTER I ASKED FOR A REFUND, BUT BECAUSE THEY FIXED THE DAMAGED ITEMS THEY SEND US IN THE FIRST PLACE I CANT GET A DISCOUNT!

BUYER BEWARE! Anyone buying from this company does so at their own risk. We purchased from them, online, a dining room table (made by Liberty Furniture), for $500. Upon receiving the package and opening it, we immediately noticed a set of flaws, consisting of a pattern of about a dozen shallow holes, in a space of about 2 by 5 inches. This identical pattern--obviously made by some sort of assembly-line machine stampoccurs at 4 identically placed spots in the corners of the otherwise unblemished tabletop (see photo I post here), and at 4 identical spots on the sides, and 4 more on the upper legs. We immediately phoned ShopFactory, whose website specifies that items may be returned. The woman with whom we spoke politely informed us that the table we purchased was in fact described as having a "distressed" look, and the patterns of holes were imitation "wormholes," which is ridiculous, as they are clearly machine stamps, mechanically slammed on, and ruining an otherwise flawless set of surfaces. Further, the photo of the table on the website does not show the holes. She then told us that if we were to return the item, we would have to pay for shipping, and a "stocking fee," and the amount of our refund would be around fifty (50) dollars! In short, we have been suckered. Any guest sitting at this table is immediately going to notice these absurd sets of holes and ask, "What the h-ll is this?!" At the very least, this company's return policy is misleading if not downright fraudulent.
