I like most of the stuff I get from Boomstreet. When buying online it's not always easy to know what you are really going to receive and with Boomstreet what you see is what you get. The return policy is good as well.

The quality of the items I received on the average have been very good. One of the electronic items I received did not work and because I waited two weeks to try to return it. I was told that it had to be returned within one week. There is no information regarding returning items.

Bone Collector Beanies

I received the two Bone Collector Beanies in a timely manner. My only problem was that one the Beanies had about 3 holes or rips on the inside of head band. The return policy seemed a bit timely so I didn't return item.

I ordered a Physical Therapy Massager with Digital LCD Display- Good for Ultimate Physical Therapy Massage. I received some sort of massager for weight loss. Boomstreet was so quick to answer my inquiry and help with the matter.
My 4 star rating was because I was hoping to give this as a Christmas gift so I am disappointed I didn't receive the correct product or the write-up was deceiving. I would have given 5 stars to Boomstreet for the way they handled the matter. Thank you.

I purchased something for Christmas, not knowing it could take until after Jan 01 to receive.
I contacted customer service and she processed my refund immediately.
I was so afraid I would have to wait and return items when I received them.
I am very happy with the immediate service I received.
I would use Boomstreet again to purchase something, when I don't have a deadline.

Nice, responsive customer service when I had a problem with a voucher. It's too bad I had to get in touch since the company they contracted with apparently made the vouchers invalid. But the problem was resolved quickly.

The customer service rep that responded to my late night, urgent email - i put the wrong street number in the address - was so helpful and responded after the issue was fixed - and within just a few hours of the start of the business day. Excellent in my book!

Horrible return Policy

I purchased an item for my husband's birthday and when he opened it it was defective. I contacted Boomstreet and was told you can only return terms within 48 hours of receipt. Horrible policy! How can you buy a gift for someone with that type of a policy? Beware!

Boomstreet provided a genuine Samsung charger, which is what I needed after spending too much time and money on cheaper chargers that broke within weeks of purchase. The 2 amp thing makes a huge difference in the amount of time it takes to charge my phone as well. And the price is half of what I paid at Walmart for an "official" charger. Good buy!
