I like most of the stuff I get from Boomstreet. When buying online it's not always easy to know what you are really going to receive and with Boomstreet what you see is what you get. The return policy is good as well.

Came as advertised, good product to have during the winter months.

I purchsed 2 wire mixer whisks. One is for a christmas gift. The service as far as delivery was very prompt; which is always great at this time of yr.

Very cute and inexpensive way to get an updated look.

I have had terrible delays in getting products, getting incorrect products, or getting an order cancelled due to inventory issues.

The quality of the items I received on the average have been very good. One of the electronic items I received did not work and because I waited two weeks to try to return it. I was told that it had to be returned within one week. There is no information regarding returning items.

I received the two Bone Collector Beanies in a timely manner. My only problem was that one the Beanies had about 3 holes or rips on the inside of head band. The return policy seemed a bit timely so I didn't return item.

Once I figured out who I had ordered my jewelry from, I emailed BOOMSTREET and got my questions answered quickly. Now I realize that I should print and save my orders until the products arrive. Although, it would have been nice to see a confirmation of order received and product shipped, I am very satisfied and I look forward to being a long time customer with BOOMSTREET!: 0) ~Sheri B.

I purchased something for Christmas, not knowing it could take until after Jan 01 to receive.
I contacted customer service and she processed my refund immediately.
I was so afraid I would have to wait and return items when I received them.
I am very happy with the immediate service I received.
I would use Boomstreet again to purchase something, when I don't have a deadline.

I contacted Boomstreet with a problem and they resolved my situation in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Nice, responsive customer service when I had a problem with a voucher. It's too bad I had to get in touch since the company they contracted with apparently made the vouchers invalid. But the problem was resolved quickly.

The customer service rep that responded to my late night, urgent email - i put the wrong street number in the address - was so helpful and responded after the issue was fixed - and within just a few hours of the start of the business day. Excellent in my book!

I purchased an item for my husband's birthday and when he opened it it was defective. I contacted Boomstreet and was told you can only return terms within 48 hours of receipt. Horrible policy! How can you buy a gift for someone with that type of a policy? Beware!

Boomstreet provided a genuine Samsung charger, which is what I needed after spending too much time and money on cheaper chargers that broke within weeks of purchase. The 2 amp thing makes a huge difference in the amount of time it takes to charge my phone as well. And the price is half of what I paid at Walmart for an "official" charger. Good buy!

This was authentic headphones and the cheapest price I could find anywhere on the web. I expected the shipping to take a couple of weeks but got my order within 10 days. Ordering more soon!
