We bought $148 pants today, went to go wear and found the sensors are still on the pants. I called to talk to manager because it's a 30+ minute drive for us to get there, then we had to wait in line outside for 15 minutes in the snow storm, just to get inside, to wait again when checking out, called manager, just said it's human error, nothing we can do, i asked again and let them know I'm unconvinced, I'm frustrated by this, daughter can't wear to event tonight that we bought outfit for, they said just come in and we'll take the sensor off. No apology! That's what i get for buying $148 pants.
I discovered 2500 dollars worth of fraudulent lulu purchases on my paypal account, I gave lulu a heads up with the 5 order #s and they still let it all ship out anyways, waste is too rampant in this country. Listed below is where the shipments are headed. Merry Christmas!

I will not order from your company again. I tried to buy two online gift cards for my nieces and the order was rejected. I called my credit card company and they stated they approved the order to go through. I called your customer service. They offered NO explanation but just said I will have to go into the store. Honestly who has time for that with the holiday crowds? Your agent had a personality of a door knob too by the way. You just lost an order and I can tell by the reviews there are a lot of unsatisfied people.
I had sent my pants in for hemming and I never received an email saying it was ready. I made multiple calls to the store with the work order number. After more than a week of waiting, I walked into the store and asked. They had lost my pants!
I was eventually given a gift certificate to re buy it if and when it is back in stock, but I was quite disappointed in the service.
Not only they have over price items but the most awful customer service on the phone, they don't let you talk, they are like bullies picking on clients.

I cannot believe that within minutes of me ordering I realized I put my old address. I wanted to make a change right there and then but no options online! It's 2023! Why? I have so many questions! So fine! Waited the next morning to change my address they don't even do that cause it depends on the fedEx and $#*!! I said fine I want to cancel it then but unfortunately, I'm unable to cancel it. Wtf? They didn't even ship my order yet! I'm so $#*!ing mad! I will never ever again order lululemon either online or in store! Never.
Two of my orders were never delivered!
I reached to the customer service and they gave all kind of excuses… asking me to ask my neighbours, the post office, even stated that my order may have been stolen from my front porch. I have secure cameras and I proof no package has arrived. Now, I wanted to be refunded, they only offer me part of what I spent and nothing else. Pure SCAMMERS! Don't buy online!

Received someone else's order. My shipping label. Wrong item and invoice. Did phone chat for 1 hour. Tried to get credit for wrong item.
Reordered item again. Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order.The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope.
Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on.

Worst service ever. I bought a $50 gift card and gave it to a friend. My friend tried using the card both in the store and online. It didn't work. I called customer service. They said the money was not loaded onto the card, and they could only refund me $30 electronically instead of the full $50. I can't believe such a big company is so unprofessional with their customer service. $50 is a trivial amount of money for the company, but they did not bother to made the experience a pleasant one. I even asked if there is any other way I could be compensated for the remaining $20, and they said they cannot refund gift cards electronically for more than $30, and it's the company policy. Lol I've never had the same problem happening to me with any other stores. I will never purchase anything from this store again.
Yet another complaint to bring back color selection for your cardio cross trainer headbands! You only have black and white and most people want way more color selection. This is an essential item and you have already lost customers so hope you dont keep ignoring complaints
Stopped at my LL store in Palm desert, Calif. Purchased a polo which was pretty long. Sales associate (SA) told me free hemming in 3 days. Great. Pinned and gone. 10 days later finally got notice shirt ready. No complaint about time delay. HOWEVER, when I went to pick up the $68 polo, it was rolled in a ball, rubber-banded and so creased it was unrecognizable. I asked the SA (no one has a name tag, btw) if she would be happy to be given a garment so creased and rolled into a ball? She said of course not. So I said why would you give it to me like that? I asked her to steam or press which she did. Can't people think anymore? Do they personally ever shop or pull their clothes from a dumpster? How do they hire people who are so ignorant? The staff is reflective of the store and for very pricey athleisure-wear they should be ashamed.
I have shopped at lululemon for year never a quality issue this is the first time horrible for expensive leggings

I ordered an item online as a gift for a relative. The relative decided they did not want it so I initiated a return online. The directions indicated to either 1. Print the label and drop off at a FedEx location or 2. Print the label and drop off in store. As my relative lives close to the store in Halifax NS (Halifax shopping centre location), she offered to drop it off. I do not live close to a store nor close to my relative. When she did go to the store, the lululemon store refused to put the money back on my credit card as she did not physically have the card. It was not indicated anywhere during the online return that she had to physically have my card in order to fully process the transaction.
Instead, they gave her a gift card for the value which I do not want. I want the refund back on my card but am now stuck with a gift card I will not use and cannot return. I contacted customer service via email and instagram who were both absolutely unhelpful and condescending (saf on instagram and elwaldo via email).
Lululemon, you have horrible customer service and as an aside, stop calling your employees educators. You sell overpriced $#*!ty quality clothes. You're not educating anyone.
My daughter wears this product often so 10 days before her birthday I purchased her a gifts card to ship directly to her. Her birthday came and passed and they NEVER shipped it out! A gift card?!? Seriously, they never called or anything. They said there was a glitch but there was no glitch when taking my money. Worse, you have to hear about their DEI vomit when you call the customer service line yet, they fire hard working employees for trying to prevent theft.
I was chatting with lululemon customer service through facebook messenger and had the worse experience. Very passive aggressive response when inquiring about price adjustments. If you see someone by the name Colleen, it might be better to just leave the conversation instead of wasting your time.
I've been shopping with Lululemon for years. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They constantly send you incorrect items and after a certain point don't want to refund you or replace the item. (Because of course, why would anyone that works at Lululemon make a mistake!) They also have the tendency to not refund you for orders that were clearly returned back to them…good luck trying to get your money back.
I had a gift card from lululemon $500, from a email sent on 29July 2023. But when i checked the mail on 03 Aug 2023, the attachment was shown the page not found. I was not able to retrieve the gift-card pin code, and use the gift-card.
Same day report to Lululemon and they said the gift card was used in other counties. I told Lululemon to stop the order cause it was a scam. ( Case number: CAS-*******-S4X4Q2)
They had chance stop the person who stole my e-gift card.They clearly said order number was going different address I had my email on my hand but no help from lululemon.
Unfortunately lulu lemon sent a email to me next day asked me report to police. And refuse any help and follow up.
This is the third time I have ordered online from them and the third time I haven't received my items I ordered. They told me they would give me a refund like they're doing me a favor and giving me my money back. Then I was told they couldn't even reorder the same items either. They have awesome clothes but really suck to deal with. Keep your money order from Vuori or Vissla or Patagonia.
Terrible customer service
They have no idea on how to treat customers. They shipped my order with a courier that doesn't deliver. I have had to contact them three times about a refund or reshipment. Such a headache.
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
