I order a pair of shoes from here and can't seem to get a status update. My account on the website sill shows "being processed" however the order was placed on Feb 16 2016. When should I expect my shoe or some type of update?
This is the best site ever! Great customer service and products. Great sales when you can catch one, but I have spent small island nation amounts and shoespie. Shoespie has the best couture collection as well and reasonable items.
I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and we haven't received anything. I have been trying to contact them with no response. I will not order any shoes from this site any more. We paid 180 worth of shoes and nothing. POOR SERVICE

I ordered the wedge lace boots and they did take about 3 weeks to come in from date of order to day on my doorstep. I will say they were made very well, there wasn't a thing out of place! Did they look exactly like the picture? No, but about 90% close. The pic looked like they were made out of leather I got mine in suede :/ and the toe was much more rounded in the picture than what I received. Overall good product. I was definitely overcharged though. I payed $118, I'd say they're worth maybe $60 somewhere else.
I ordered 2 boots, both they sold out! (If it out of stock, should not been there in ad in the first place!). Then I ask fore refund, they seem to ignore, say just keep the fund in case you find something else. I told them I AM not interested in anything else, they still did not refund yet!

I finally got a pair of shoes. Just not the beautiful shoes in the picture. Will never ever order from this company again horrible and I do mean horrible poor quality. I passed the shoes on to my 9 year old niece to play dress up in.

Another product from this website and I still get the same amount of satisfaction. It was a very smooth experience. I like their value for price, the service standards and the product quality. High heels are always modern and trendy, but still are comfortable.
I ordered a pair of heels from Shoespie.com and didn't get no updates on my order, and when I emailed them, no one responded. I'm so mad right now, I order those shoes for prom and I don't have them by now, and people work hard for their money. This is so unprofessional, I'm very disappointed.
This is a great site for a shoe addict like me haha. If you make 2-3 purchases a year, you are considered a VIP and they send you significant discount promo codes. I just got one for $30 off! No strings attached. Awesome, I love it.
This is a scam, all positive reviews must be written by fake reviewers.
They lie about material (their shoes are not made from real leather), they lie about shipping... If you find out in time and you want to cancel your purchase they don't offer you a full refund. And if you file a claim at paypal.com they try to scam you again by saying that they will only do a refund if you cancel your claim. And then loose your buyer's protection?! Hahah, who are you fooling?! Thanks to PayPal's excellent customer service I finally got my money back after 7 weeks!

Shoespie is the best online retail store with the best customer service ever! They treat you well even on returns. They do everything they can to make your purchase enjoyable. I shop with shoespie every chance I get. If they have it, I buy from them.
I ordered a anchormate II from them. Great price. It took over a month for the supposed delivery. On April 8, the delivery company notified me that the delivery had been made... on April 9. They must be clairvoyant! That and the fact that I was home all day on the 8th and no package arrived. Followed up through their email immediately on Monday the 10th. They will not even disclose who the supposed delivery company is so I could try and follow up myself. Have been getting excuse after excuse since then. Today is April 24th and they have stopped replying to me all together.
All I want is my money back.

I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. I normally find shoes with high heels difficult to fit my feet, often they fit weird. This was not the issue with this as it was bespoke! I must mention that the entire ordering process was hitch-free and shipping was done in time as promised. Will shop again!
