Things can go wrong, or you can change your mind, but this company and the supervisors are so willing to help. They will not stop until their customers are satisfied. I am very impressed with this company. They take care of their customers.

I had a really good experience with shoespie. I ordered some boots! They fit perfect and are exactly what I expected. I read some reviews that people think they have gotten used shoes in my case that didn't happen they were brand new. Also the shipping was awesome. Nordstrom has always been the best shipping in my opinion but shoespie was just as good and on top of it getting here fast it was free and living in Alaska I don't get a lot of free shipping.
It's really a wonderful experience. I have never found a store that is quick and efficient like shoespie.com. My sister has big feet and she had searched for her wedding shoes everywhere but in vain. 9 weeks since ordering and paying and get told my shoes are being made for me. Do they really think we are that stupid that every pair they sell are made to order. Asked for refund and got told can't be done as they are in manufacture. Said i would have to speak to manager but she was in bed and can't come to the phone. Stinks of a con and after reading reviews on here i doubt i will ever see shoes or my money again. I'm even wondering if the good reviews on here are fake as many of the good reviews have never commented on any other business so why would you come to site jabber just to leave a review for a company you are totally happy with. I purchased a pair of boots in October, but it didn't arrive 10 days later. So i emailed them and the customer service is very helpful. They helped me check the parcel and found it already arrived to the local post office. And then, they helped me know more information on that boots. Finally, I received it and it looked just as the picture. Really thanks for Shoespie!
I ordered boots in Jan, finally got them in March... they looked nothing like the ones I ordered - in fact I think they take so long because they copy each order... but wrong leather, wrong laces, wrong look and feel generally! Then I disputed it, and I had to send them back to China at a cost of $49! Still haven't got my refund... Don't use these people!

I have seen a commercial for an atractive price for the crab legs. I placed an order of course with credit card. At the same time I requested a tracking number. I never get reply to my E-mail. I resend it but with the same result. Then I started investigation. There are hundreds of complaints. It suppose to be shoe company but they are seling crab legs? Apparently the crab legs suppose to be shipped from Hong Kong - I did not know!. Of course the legs never arrived. Naturally I got my money back from my credit company. But what I get for all my waisted time? Dont' try to buy anything from this company those are only fraudsters.

I have paid over $100 for a pair of shoes and $25 for expedited services and I'm still waiting. I HATE that I ordered my shoes for an event online. I'll never shop with this company again. Didn't notice you can't call them until I needed to. Still awaiting an email response.

I have ordered from this site several times. I have only ever had one issue which they handled professionally and quickly. Their shoes are a great price and quality.My family really like this shoes. My mom always let me buy a new. I will order from them later on.
Today is April 15,2016 and still only empty broken promises from Shoe Pie. They have ignored my requests for a refund. Shoe Pie is a THIEF! Anytime you take someone's money for merchandise and you have both, that's theft! I ordered in February, paid $570+ and have nothing! Do not under any circumstances order from them. DO NOT Purchase any shoes from shoespie.com. I purchased a shoe and the shoes they sent was completely different from what they advertised on their website. Now I am emailing them to get a return address so I can get a refund, and it has been weeks and no one has responded. The other reviews from this site are from fake accounts. Find reviews from other sites and you ill see that they should be band from selling shoes in the US
