I was anxious to buy here at first because I was not able to clarify what the other people taught about this site, but when I got my first ordered boots here, I was boosted up to some interesting items.
I placed my order on 12-1-15 and it's been 3weeks and I haven't receive my package. If anyone ask me I about this site I will let them know that this site is a waste of time and the way shipment is soooooooooo slow people would think it's a fake site. This is a disgrace!!!!!!

They shipped out my shoes the 06. 03. 14 and I got them the 21. 03. 14. It took 14 days, and that was very fast i think! Wonderful company to shop from, they were giving me information all the way about my shoes and the very best is: The shoes were just sooo lovely too!:-D It was absolutely nothing wrong with them at all. I ordered a shoe from shoespie but I noticed the the tracking number given to me is fake. The customer service said that it was posted with china air mail but china air mail said there is no order number as that and now I need my shoe or my money refunded if not I will report to the police of this scam website because this company is fake and each time I call its only a particular girl that picks the call is that to say that the company has just one customer service rep?
I asked her to track the shoe with the tracking number but she refused to because there is no tracking number as such. China post air mail has a track number starting with RR but she gave me a completely different track number starting with 2015--------------- pls don't buy any thing frpom SHOESPIE. I will report this company to the police if I don't get a refund

I ordered a jacket on January 18th. Almost every week for about a month I got an email apologizing for the delay and offering me crappie discounts for my next order. I emailed them asking to cancel the order, and got no response. I made a case with PayPal, and the company said that if I dropped the case they would cancel the order. I dropped the case, and heard nothing for a week. They just emailed me that they can't refund my order because they have already sent it... one week after I told them I dropped the case and want a refund.
This is a Chinese company posing as an American company. Shame on me for not researching this company further before ordering from them. This is not my first time dealing with a Chinese company that is posing as an American one.

Always a good place for me to find my ExtraExtraExtra Wide shoes at reasonable prices. With arthritic toes that can no longer bend I need to purchase super wide shoes and Shoespie has always come through for me. A great feature is being able to search for shoes, boots, sneakers, etc by both size AND width and I use this search feature always
I order my shoes on April 3rd. I did not receive them until April 30th. When I did finally receive them they were the wrong size. Even though they said they sent the correct size. When returning the item they said I was only going to receive a %70 percent refund since there system showed I received the correct size and they were made to order. I will NOT order from them again.

Wow, I was just amazed by the items here at shoespie. All is very nice and in low prices. I love how cheap they are but still got the best styles and look.
Though I waited about 2 weeks, I think it deserves! Because the pumps looks so cute and fashionable. Next time, I'll order more and use fast shipping.
I have received about six pairs of heels from shoesspie, the first two pretty much looked as expected, that was over a year ago. The last four pair however started with tiny differences, clearly not the same heels but not a deal killer, though the visible glue all over them was annoying - the final two however were TERRIBLE, a cheap look alike version lacking in all detail and have sloppy edges with glue showing all over. These heels cost $78 and are not even worth $20. Very poor quality. Their customer service - very poor English writing skills and they said Id have to pay shipping to return and would only get half credit to choose another pair. The last email they sent me, they said they'd be off for Chinese New Year for several weeks! Unreal and infuriating. Never ever buy from them, they started out ok but it's just terrible now. I didn't even care about the long shipping time but if you do - be warned it takes about a month to get these, they ship directly from China, go through customs etc.
