I just discovered this website and i'm happy that I found it. The shoes are unique and cute! I already ordered two pairs from shoespie and they're coming in the mail. Cant wait! I was bummed out about the price of shipping, but I understand because it was a Korean pair of shoes and I had to get it shipped from a far distance. I'm so excited about this place because its not in the mall, so its like kinda like a secret. I will most likely get shoes from here in the future!
I still havent recieved my two pairs of shoes i ordered. It's going on two months and yet no shoes. Im very upset and about to contact mycredit card company. I never had an issue like this. No tracking number at all. I will never place an order from them EVER! I want my shoes ASAP! Or my money! First order #******* and order # *******
Ordered a handbag that I had seen in person at a local store but couldn't buy at the time. When I returned it was no longer available. I am disappointed in the length of time it took for it to arrive (29 days) and the quality of the bag, it seems cheap for the nearly $60.00 it cost me.
Update;. I have been contacted by Shoespie and was offered a $20.00 refund, which I have accepted. At this time I am still in waiting mode for the refund.

Service rep "Ice" disconnected messaging right after "Ice" said we will email you the return address. She wouldn't give me the mail address and said since it costs a lot to return to keep the shoes or exchange.
I bought a pair of $92 boots, but one of them had a scuff mark when it arrived. I asked about a return and the Shoespie rep checked the photoes and offered to take the pair back or give me a $73 credit!
I have my order in 1-2 days, FOR FREE. And when I returned something it could not have been easier. I actually ordered 2 colors of something because I couldn't decide. Then returned one with great ease.
I ordered a pair of boots for my best friend for Christmas. They are absolutely amazing. The color is so vibrant and the quality is great considering how cheap they were. I got the red ones and they are a great buy! The shipping take awhile but theyre pretty great.
I wish I had of read the reviews about this site! What I don't like is that they are so quick to snatch your money of your credit card. But won't send you a conformation number or anything! You have to copay F. B. I. To get any type of information. I'm so upset I paid 3-8day shipping. Havent even gotten a confirmation number! But they were so quick cto take my money tho! You can't even contact anyone from customer service!
I post my review not long ago to warn people not to buy any shoes. Shoes pie is definitely a fraud company. After shoes were arrived one month later, the shoes doesn't fit at all. I decided to fix the shoes through a shoe cobbler since I have to spend my money to send them back to CHINA to get a refund. My shoes are advertised as $200.00 and it is 70 % off, so it costs $61.99. With shipping fee, I paid $ 74.00. I asked the cobbler if they are made of leather although they look cheap but hoped that they have $200.00 value. The shoe cobbler said they are made out of very cheap vynle. I GOT SCAMMED BIG TIME. I ENDED UP SPENDING almost $100.00 over only $20.00 worth of shoes.

Will never purchase any product from ShoePie ever again. Selling bad product is bad business especially when it's presented as good quality attire. Shoes pictured on their website is not the shoes received. And the quality of the shoes is absolutely poorly made. Will not recommend purchasing from this website and others like this. And they have poor customer service.

I ordered a pair of heels before valentines day and I'm just getting them today (3-23-16). The box was in horrible condition. The color of the shoe was way off from the pictures. The sole was already peeled when I got them. Before they were shipped out I emailed them twice and no reply. When I emailed them the second time stating I wanted a refund because they haven't been shipped, the next day they hurried up and sent them out. Smh.

I order a pair of shoes Feb. 14th and have not received. I contacted them to see where my order was, they told me one item was not in stock they would give refund and the other was not yet processed or shipped. Told them I wanted my money back they told me if I cancel order I would only get back 50% as it states in their return policy. I told them that canceling a order and them failing to fill my order are two separate things. Long story short I still havent received refund or shipment.

Im so mad i wetting for 4 months and i got a one item total wrong for what i paid. My order was 3 dresser and they jut send me this total ugly blouse. I send out so many email no one responded back. Interesting to see that my last review of Shoespie has had over 200,000 reads. I would be pleased by that normally, but when I look at the Shoespie website, I see that nothing has changed. The pictures of the shoes they use are taken from other websites. They are not pictures of the shoes that you will be buying. What you will be buying are copies of the shoes made in China. What you will receive will be a fake and not only a fake but shoes made with inferior materials that will not last. My last pair were unwearable from the start.
Another thing to realise is that all the reviews that you read that say how wonderful the shoes are, are written by them, not customers.
You have been warned.

Ordered shoes last month (2/14/16) still processing, spent well over a $100 on two pair of shoes that's still hasn't been shipped. When I finally got a response it said my order was interrupted by a Chinese holiday that it would be processed after another week I sent a email to inquir about a Rufus they said they could help if I wanted to proceed but assured me my order would be shipped no later than March 3rd. My order is still saying processed. Smh sent another email and again no response.

I ordered three pair shoes from this company they sent 2 pair that were three sizes too big. They took a long time to come. I'm still waiting on the last pair and hopefully they will be the right size I asked them about returning the shoes that were too big and they said I will be responsible for shipping when I took the shoes to the post office one pair will cost $73 to ship I gave $90 for the shoe so why would I spent 73 to send them back I will not order anything from this company ever again customer service did respond to me within 24 hours it did me no good. I'm so disappointed I wasted a lot of money and I can't do anything about it customer service even suggested that I sell the shoes or give them to a friend or family I told him that I was not going to do that but I guess I will so I can get some of my money back.

Answer: No... I NEVER received the shoes I ordered. I paid via paypal. Thus, I filed a complaint and requested a refund. Believe the REAL reviews by the real consumers. Some of the reviews that are positve were written by the employees. You can tell by the grammar. Do not invest your hard earn money in a company that obviously does not deliver the product that is advertised. Buyer Beware!
