Terrible Customer service. Sounded like I was talking with a foreign telephone dispatch service. Price was attractive, but wasn't happy with the color of shoe - was much darker than in picture. When I asked for exchange they said they had no more my size and couldn't honor the free exchange policy and would charge me for overstocking fee. I asked to talk with supervisor and was put on permanent hold. Shoes are good quality.

We would like to thank this customer for shopping with us and we can certainly appreciate the customers frustration as they were not able to exchange the item for the size and color they wanted to try; however, our policy enables this customer to choose from any items in our inventory until we find an item they love – more than a million items – whether that’s a different shoe or perhaps a bag or jacket. In the event the customer prefers not to exchange for a new item, there is a restocking fee. If the customer does decide to give the shoes to charity we think that is a wonderful thing to do, however if the customer would like help finding a different item, please contact us and we’d be happy to offer recommendations.

No Return or Exchange
October 25, 2020

Purchased 5 pairs of shoes and attempted to exchange or possibly return I was told not at this time. Have tried again and now shoes.com site is saying an error has occurred. Would not trust Shoes.com. And they offer 30points for a review, I better get them 30points, I just spent 5min of my time. Thanks Shoes.com and don't waist your time apologizing I'm never returning.

Worst customer service
August 15, 2017

Not only they sent me the wrong item, when i returned it, they have billed me for the restocking fee. Prior to receiving the email regarding the refund, I was reassured that because this was a mistake on their part, i would not have to pay the restocking fee. However, it was not the case.

This is a shame. First and LAST time buying from them. They don't know how to treat and keep customers!

I would NOT pay the fee for a mistake on their part!

Love this site! Easy to use, great discounts offered, receive orders promptly. Many brands offered. I always find what I'm looking for. Easy to get free shipping. Good return policy if needed. I use ebates.com to get to this site and save even more $

Terrible business

Terrible business - not customer friendly at all. If you order shoes from Shoebuy, and try them on, they will not accept the shoes for a return (or even an exchange). If the shoes don't fit or have a defect, you will be stuck with them.

Customer Service - Not!!
November 17, 2018

I called Customer Service 3 hours after I placed my order, to make and change, and they said that they were unable to make the change. I called back later, to ask to speak to a Supervisor, but none were available.

If you feel as though you might need any assistance from Customer Service, consider all possibilities before you place your order with Shoes.com!!

I ordered three pairs of boots, and when I received them, two pair were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I had ordered. Both were cheaper, poorer quality than the originals I had chosen. They would not exchange them, and would only issue me one label for the return of both. Yea, try finding a box large enough to fit two pair of winter boots because I couldn't. I ended up being able to return only one pair and keeping the other (and losing $20+!) because I just couldn't find a box large enough to fit both pair. They charged me a restocking fee for their mistake, and won't refund it! Stay away! I had done a LOT of business with them, overlooked some things, and my customer loyalty did not matter one bit. Rude and illegal, Shoebuy will cause you nothing but headaches. Really, help yourself and stay away from this terrible company!

Omg! 5

I was never so happy with a product EVER! I stand for a living working at my own salon. Hair Replacement 20 years! I thought I might have to give it up but now I have New Feet! Perfect size Perfect Everthing including the feel! When I put them on the was Heaven! I have pictures but don't know how to send them.

I bought 2 pairs of winter short boots, and kept one. The other pair I tried on in my home, wrong size, then returned. They said the boots were worn, and scuffed. I sent them photos of the white white soles, rubber, no scuffs. They ruled that the boots were worn. Still has tag on. I am giving them to my daughter and being done with them. Customer service is horrid. Agreed!

I was charged for my order right away, however my order never shipped. Their order details page indicates my item has been in transit for 3 weeks. However tracking indicates item never received from shipper. I've tried reaching them multiple times via customer support, but receive no response. I've placed 2 orders with shoes.com, the 2nd order was received and I got a really good price. However the lower prices come with really poor service and like myself you may be stuck paying for something you'll never receive and no support whatsoever from Shoes.com

I ordered a pair of shoes from shoebuy.com and I ordered it in a size 8. When the shoes came they were too big so I called customer service and they lady I spoke to was very rude and apparently had messed up my order because I had wanted to exchange them for a size 7.5 but they sent me a size 8.5. When I called the customer service back they were extremely rude and said I have to get a refund for the shoes. It also takes weeks for the shoes to be mailed. I HATE shoebuy.com

They keeping sending me email about their shoes on sale. By applying the promotional code. When I apply the code, it said it is already applied but the price did not change and if click to verify, it said this product does not offer a promotion. This scumbag try to trick people to buy their shoes.

New restocking fee

I have been a loyal customer at shoebuy.com for years b/c they always had better prices & the free returns is a must for me. I have a very small foot & sometimes wear kids shoes & sometimes I can fit into a size 5. Anyway the point is it is hit or miss & the option of free returns has made me a loyal customer. I am now on my 2nd pair that I will be returning & paying the fee. The 1st time I thought perhaps it was the brand I bought but after further investigation it is not. I will be deleting my account with shoebuy.com & looking to find some place that truly means FREE returns.

STAY AWAY!

Purchase boots for my daughter when Christmas shopping this fall. When wanting an even exchange for new size they informed me that they could not because I was out of the return window by 1 week. Even though they had the size in stock. Will never order from them again and will tell others of there failure to assist in costumer service. Seriously one week! They even told me they wouldn't help even if it was 1 day.

We are very sorry for any disappointment with our return policy. We normally allow 60 days for returns, and extend that to 90 days for any items purchased from November 1st until December 31st.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of this time frame. Customer Service is very important to us and we sincerely apologize that we were unable to break our return policy for your order.

They wouldn't reimburse me for a pair of shoes I had returned. They accused me of wearing them! What? You are suppose to try the shoes on to make sure they fit before purchasing

I think their shoes are expensive but they have some very nice shoes that I can't get around town. There is a huge selection of shoes and good ones too. Like I said, though, the good shoes are expensive.

Bottom line is I should've read the reviews before I ordered shoes from this company. I will never order from them again. I WARN everyone not to order from this company. They will rob you And make it seem as though you deserve it when you try to resolve the issue. Their website said my order didn't go through so I checked my info attempted 2 more times and finally gave up only to notice they charged me all 3 times on my account. When I called to resolve it they said it didn't go through. I was adamant in telling them that it obviously did because I'm looking at my account and it's gone through. I told them to cancel everything. They said they can't because it didn't go through. I finally had to call my bank to tell them. Like I said just don't order from them. Bad company bad customer service!

There is no service from Shoebuy at all. After I ordered I kindly asked them to review my order. Í ordered from the Netherlands and I can't anything elegant in a WW. I gave them the length of my feet. They didn't do anything and shipped the order. When I received the shoes it was obvious that 3 of them where much larger. A small service by measuring would have helped me with the right shoes. No I'm stuck with them and it cost me a lot of money. I mailed them again and there is no response.

Their size charts are way off. The customer service sucks! They wouldn't exchange a pair of shoes that didn't fit me. They sent them back with no explanation. I wore the shoes for about 10 minutes and they were clean when sent to shoe by. WISH I COULD RATE ZERO!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
September 25, 2015

I purchased a pair of shoes... what I received was not what I thought I ordered. Probably a mistake on my part. No big deal there. The problem is this, I have been on hold for almost an hour. I would simply return the shoes, but I'll not only have to pay to return them, but I will have to pay to have someone in the warehouse do what they are already getting paid to do, stock the shelves. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
