I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and even though they didn't fit, the return process is super easy. I've exchanged items before to get other sizes and the company holds true to their word that it is free. I continue to order because of this, knowing that if something doesn't fit, I will have no problems getting the right size. Each shoe seems to vary in sizing, but the quality is always great. I've had shoes for years that are still holding up.

Unfortunately all the shoes I ordered are way too big, and I have order the same size from shoedazzle before but none of them fit so I had to send them back. I ordered them for my nursing graduation

Unfortunately I didn't see the size in a pair of pumps, for some reason it changed the size? And I got the wrong size. However, I'm very satisfied with shoedazzle and I still keep my membership to get some new shoes eventually. I love the fast of shipping and the sales they have. Definitely I love shoedazzle!

Every single time I purchase a shoe it never fits comfortably. I am so tired of having to purchase, return to size up and then wait for the item to arrive to assure it will fit again. This is just tooo much hassle for my liking. Also, it's random that I will find a shoe I really want on the site. The selection is just not my shoe style I suppose.

The shopping portion was very easy and had no problems but I paid for expedited shipping and it's been 10 days and it still hasn't been delivered or event left the warehouse.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
