I've order this style of tennis show once before and it was too big, so I ordered a smaller size, which is still too big. I also ordered a second style of tennis shoe, which I ordered my standard shoe size, and this pair is snug. It's just too difficult to actually get a quality shoe for Shoedazzle.

The shoes run small, and since there aren't a lot of half sizes, you will need to order a size up.

I loved the shoes when I saw them on the website, as they appeared more white and black (zebra) print, than beige, off white. However, they are definitely a darker beige. Also they pinch really bad in the toe, definitely not comfortable. Keeping them for now to hopefully stretch them some for better comfort.

I have been a member for years and there have been several instances where my rewards were taken from me because I didn't use them in a timeframe they deemed fit. Some looks are repetitive, and others just aren't me style. My money should not be thrown away or taken away at any time. My money is set up to be taken as a member, it should be there until I see a reason to spend it

I ordered the shoes & the next day, they went on sale. One pair was damaged when it arrived & i couldn't even get my foot in the other shoe. I thought I had ordered a wide width.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
