My order is currently a week late, no one seems to be able to give me answers and when I talk to customer service they either never call back, you sit on hold for 30 minutes, or they just tell me to wait another 24-48 hours and see what happens. This is getting ridiculous.
Yes usual shoe dazol doesn't fail to make me happy my latest purchase for 2 pairs of boots are fantastic and they fit great.

I like that there is new styles. But it would be nice to see some throw back styles. It would also be nice if shipping was faster.

The rhinestones are already falling off of the grey shoes and the bottoms are a foam material. I wish they would specify if the soles were rubber or not, this foam stuff wears down so quickly. I needed them for work, so I'm keeping them. The bulky heel shoe I think I'm going to return, it's just too much heel. The pictures didn't really show how awkward they are

I loved ordering the products from Shoe Dazzle. They were great with pricing and promotions to attract their customers. So, when it became an issue with their new computer program to hault customers with multiple account it was crazy. At the end of the day I thought it was more important to sell and make money. But, since this is not as important to do this, there should have been a better method used to fix this. I've been with the company for years and had several accounts delivery coming to my address. All of these were not for me yet my address was used. I lost access to my primary account this way and orders canceled without knowledge. Bad way to conduct business

Honestly, ai purchased this same pair last Summer for work.They lasted the ENTIRE Summer, being worn nearly every single day. So when I needed summer shoes? I got them again. Only, in Black this time instead of blue. I love them.

I have a very narrow foot but even what I received was just ridiculous. Not worth returning and will be trashed. Shoedazzle & just fab's quality has really gone down.

My order ended up costing me over 100$ more than stated as it stayed with the American currency or didn't end up giving me the vip prices I'm not sure which..

Items arrived on time and were nicely packaged. The shoes themselves were poor quality and ill fitting. They were very uncomfortable after a short distance. In the future i will pay more for better quality. Also if a customer has multiple credits they should be able to use them together. After all it is real money that you took every month and if i had multiple gift cards i would be able to use them together at any other store.

Although I love the shoes,, boots, & clothing but the website contains way too many commercials. I realize that is why they can sell apparel at such a low cost, but it's irritating especially when you go to purchase something and the screen changes to a commercial or ad. That is my biggest complaint. But i still love the beautiful boots, shoes etc….

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
