I don't have any complaints about the 8 pair of shoes I ordered. They arrived within a week of me placing the order, I was shocked at how fast they came. They were all what my daughter and I wanted, and the fit was perfect!

I ordered a specific item I have proof that I ordered this item when I called to get it fixed they tried to tell me that I ordered the wrong one and I know for a fact that I did not and guess what the item I wanted was out of stock, SHOCKERR! That goes to show it was done on purpose and now I have to wait for it to re stock even tho I ordered my item even before it was out of stock. So done w shoe dazzle

I've been shopping at Shoedazzle since 2013. I've never had any issues of problems. I just wish items get restocked if it's in high demand. Birthday incentives would be nice & 5, 10, 15, & 20 year anniversaries were celebrated.

I ordered two pairs of shoes (heels and scandals) and they are amazing. I did notice boxes were dented when arrived but the shoes were not harmed.

I ordered and 8US, but seems as though the shoe fits small. It was sized a 38.5EU. If I had known I would have ordered a 9.5.

Skipped a few months with no purchase, had accured 3 months 150 credit. Went to website ordered 7-8 sandals with that 150 credit! Felt great I only ended up paying 6 bucks! Now just gotta get some summer gear to go with all of my sandals

I have never received an order on time. My delivery date changes at least 3 times per order. The shoes are cute and comfy but shipping is ALWAYS a gamble.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
