I think shoedazzel should send in peoples purchases a return label for return if any should need to be returned some if not most people dont have easy access to a printer to be able to print off a return label

Ordered on May 10th.shipping label created a week ago.seems that my package has still not been picked ip yet by the courier.mm why didnt Shoedazzle call them? Its been almost a week now. I wanted it before thus weekend for a function im going to.Not Happy. I usually get my packages within a week.Someone dropped the ball!

I love it! I miss the more elegant dresses I've seen in the past, but the shoes are comfortable, typically true to size, and hold up over time.
Only one pair didn't, and we were quickly offered a replacement pair. Only one had a slightly too long strap.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
