If this is a optional field, why is it necessary to fill it? Anyway, their customer service is wonderful, delivery and returns are quick and made is for me/us. I have been a member for a very long time and usually when a new product does come in they sell out quickly. I don't believe they stock enough of the product for all of the members to have the choice to purchase it. Many times I have not seen able to purchase the new and exciting product(s) before they are sold out. I know I check out the link as soon as they get to me. And ofcourse, they always ask for your email so, they can notify you when it gets here; however, not once have I seen that email although I am not a one to search for a email to see if that email has come in. I do have a very busy life. So, at times in order to advance into a next level of jams I just order something I might not like as well. Therefore, it starts to get boring at times.
I got size 7 and a 1/2 which I normally wear and what I got my beautiful sandals. They're too short they're very small so that's how I feel about that.

I ordered shoes from ShoeDazzle thinking they are going to be beautiful they was too small...I don't feel like a VIP.I called twice talked to two different customer service told me two different answers I have to pay for them to come back both of them also told me that I could get credit towards my shoes I don't want nothing from them anymore I'm going to say I took a loss because the attitude attitude attitude is horrible it's my money I should be able to spend it or refund it or whatever I need to do because it's my money SD does it will never be great because of the customer service and what they're doing.

When I called, I was concerned that shoe dazzle thought I rejected my parcel, and in fact it was not, shipping problem via carrier. The girl I talked to didn't hesitate, and resend my order to me. I will be keeping an eye on it on my side.

The quality of the shoes i ordered was cheaply made and not at all worth the full price they would have been. Pricing something at $50-$60 a pair of shoes, that is honestly worth $20-$30 elsewhere, then saying that with a "membership" you can get great deals is misleading. There is no way i would have bought these shoes at full price in a store, or probably even on sale. The quality is just not there. Not worth the return hassle either. Other items offered on site are ones i can find cheaper at other places, no membership required.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
