All the shoes I got (3 pairs) were true to size and super cute. The only issue is the time it takes to get them. Delivery takes way too long compared to other sites specifically Amazon.

I made one order and got charged three times because of the VIP membership I don't even know how to use the credits and I've tried to cancel multiple times I really really hate this f****** site

A while back many of my accounts were hacked. One being just Fab. Since then as all banks do they issue credits but what I didn't know is that Just Fab has put me on the "Black List" and no longer able to shop with Just Fab I dont think it's fair nor is it right. When I called they basically said I can no longer shop with them for reporting Fraud. The lady I spoke with said it is their policy. So if your accounts get hacked be prepared to get put on the black list

The order was received in a short time, but I talked with shoe dazzle representative to inform you that I needed an 8 1/2 instead of the size 8 that I ordered. I was not satisfied that I had to wait on a return label to send them back before the 8 1/2 shoe would be sent to me which would be after the date that I needed the shoes. This upset me to the point of cancelling my VIP membership.
Shoe quality has definitely changed over the last few years... several recent purchases have had flaws and/or defects.
One sandal has no holes in the strap so I had to make them. One shoe bottom looked like someone has already wore them. Not happy customer. I cancelled my subscription. Poor quality!
They have a decent looking selection of shoes, but when you have something in particular your looking for it can be hard to find. Bag selection isn't very good. And customer service isn't that great!
I ordered two pairs of sandals, size 5 1/2 and received what is actually 6 1/2. I cannot wear them because they're too big. My sister is a 6 1/2 and is the lucky recipient of these shoes. I will be canceling my membership and will no longer use Shoe Dazzle for purchases.
The shoes where beautiful, but the width of the shoes are narrow, not for wider foot individuals like myself.
I ordered and received my item in a timely manner as I always expect from Shoedazzle.
I must say out of all the sites I have purchase for this has got to be the slowest delivery time o ever experienced due to that, I will decline to purchase anything else from here.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
