When I got my sandles, they were broken. I did call customer service and they said I could send them back. But they also said they cant ensure they will have the same Sandles in stock. They said if they don't have them in stock I will get store credit which I did not want. So I ended up just keeping the broken shoes and haven't worn them.

I paid via PayPal for the original purchase price of 59$ and monthly since then, they have been charging me 49$ like I subscribed. I already received the items and definitely payed the purchase price but somehow they got nearly 100$ extra from me and PayPal can't do anything about it.

None of the shoes fit. I've ordered many times from the past and don't have issues with size. Also the shoes are poor quality now. Don't last, in my opinion too much money for poor quality shoes

I have been a member for some years now, and have not had a bad experience. The shoes are to die for! The quality is top notch. I have over 100 pairs of their shoes, and no complaints. I also have purchased bags, purses, hats, belts, jewelry, and clothing. Again, no complaints besides sizing being a little off, but nothing drastic. Always read the comments and the description of the items. They are usually pretty bang on.

The sandals were pretty but for the price I paid I expected higher quality. One time worn and the bottoms of the shoe look like I've worn them 100 times.

I have had nothing but great experience from Shoe Dazzle, although with their tennis shoes they are a 1/2 size to small. They deliver as promise and the material of their shoes are great.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
