Costumer service is pretty good but I'm not really satisfied with the shoes. I think the shoes a very cheaply made, but I had to order something because I had had so much credit built up.

So it was Memorial Sale and it was also my birthday weekend,plus I had store credit, and ShoeDazzle always have good sales so I decided to treat myself so a few items wish I got for a good deal using my store credits, I was very pleased the items that was my gift to myself I for my birthday. Surprised i found Wide Awake that fit me very well in sandal I loved well they fit perfect, that's why I am a VIP member always good quality for a good price it's always affordable. After the first wear the bottom was worn out as if they were 3 years old!
Decided I would still wear them for errands or something quick and then the buckle started giving out on the front.

Shoe dazzle is my only place to shop for shoes especially sexy ones, I have never bought shoes anywhere else, I still have shoes in box that haven't worn as yet, I buy them when I see them because I won't get it again…. I LOVE Shoedazzle

I have been a long time Shoedazzle member, but have becoming increasingly frustrated. Admittedly I sometimes forget to skip a month so I have plenty of "store credits." Unfortunately the way Shoedazzle allows me to apply those credits to future purchases is ridiculous. I should be able to use the full value of every credit or even multiple credits on purchases, but it's not set up to really allow for that.

As much as I do love the shoes. Sometimes I forget to skip the month like I did this month. When your banking isn't as consistent as you rush sometimes that means taking a hit. I wish I could keep VIP status but not hane to worry whether I'll be charged $50 a month

I was a bit bummed I didn't see these in time to get the white version however I still really love these boots especially for fall and winter as I wear a lot of black leggings, pants and tights so these give a great balance while adding an extra bit of warmth up most of my legs. The first day I wore them I got complements from a few strangers which was so wonderful since I absolutely love these boots. Hope to see them again in more colors

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
