I called Nov 3 to canc6due to loss of job. Told me no problem and I'm still being charged. Lost my password, asked for a reset and I'm being denied. So I have no way to talk to anyone. And no phone number to call. Funny I get this email but never another reset password. Company owes me 3 months so 150$. Never again,

I ordered 7.5 boots and they came 2 sizes too big! We're only going to refund me half the money and we're sold out of the boots I wanted! Tried to contact them and the customer service rep did not offer me any sort of solution at all! Do not order from here, cheap isn't always better!

I ordered two pairs. I found both of the shoes to be very stiff and uncomfortable. Actually painful to walk, the spot behind the heel to be specific. The quality looks poor. I have a slim foot but was even tight for me. Too many issues and not exactly inexpensive. So I would not recommend to anyone and I won't be repurchasing.

It has been 14 business days since I ordered shoes and they still have not arrived. I contacted customer service 3 separate times just for them to lie to me and say they were on their way (they never were, the shipping label has been created and the package has not been shipped for two weeks). I am going out of town, as is anyone that could get them from my doorstep for me, so even if they do arrive after 20 business days, they will get stolen because of a $#*!ty company lying to its customers.

I used to rave about this site to all my friends now I make sure to tell people not to even waste their time. The VIP credit option changed and now I can't get what I want with the money I spent, they now instead "curate" looks for you and offer buy 1-get 1 deals. I signed up because I wanted to spend my money they way I wanted. I will be cancelling my membership if it doesn't change.

Great customer service, easy to contact, which is rare with alot of companies. The only I dont like is the membership is over priced and still have to pay for shoes which is a turn off to me, but nice shoes, needs more of a selection with nice heals or dress shoes for church but satisfied with what I got. Bring membership down and I would order more but I will have to wait.

Both items were available and shipped promptly. They run true to size. I'm a 6.5/7 so I ordered a 7 since half sizes weren't an option for these.

My experience seemed thrilling while I was making the purchase. I was waiting and tracking these really gorgeous silver boots that I've wanted for yeeeears! I was soooo excited! I shared all my shoes options with my followers, they helped me pick that pair collectively. I shared the shipping information as it came to my place. When it arrived I opened the package for my viewers only to find a black combat boot that was 3 sizes too small. I emailed you guys, and emailed again and never heard from anyone. I don't understand the return policy and honestly didn't really care for it because I live at home full time with a new born baby… I order online to avoid hassle as I don't have a vehicle to go shopping anywhere. So I was really excited for the boots. I ended up gifting them to the homeless shelter I live near because I had no use for them. I shared candidly with my viewers that I'll never shop from your site again. The fact that my order was handled so stupidly. The fact that months have went by and no one contacted me directly or with any amount of care. Instead it's just another app with, what I assume is some AI ran program so there's no real people to deal with my issue.
Yeah, as a single mother who admires the convenience of online shopping. You really, really ruined my experience. I survive on assisted living income… therefore my online purchases are limited and the reason I utilized your site was because of the deal you get from your first purchase… I can't really afford to order from you guys again/nor regularly as I took a Loss last time & can't afford to buy new shoes every month.

The shoes I have bought in the past look exactly like the picture. They are comfy and pretty good with the actual shoe size. I do think depending on the shoe you buy the quality can be a bit better. I've bought two strappy heels and both sets of shoes the straps broke. That would be my complaint. The other thing is a love your boots but I find they don't fit right. They don't hug your foot the way they should. Other than those two things ive really enjoy my experience with shoedazzle.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
