I love to browse and then click on a style that appeals to me. At 63 it's awesome to be able to purchase so many unique items. The fit is always perfect and I love matching with my outfits.

If you are a vip and have credits you are not afforded the option to apply the credits if there is a sale. It makes no sense when ultimately the credits should be the same as cash. I cancelled after 2 months.

I placed my first order. The shipment came fast and the boots were really pretty and appeared to be of high quality. Unfortunately, i could not fit them and needed to return them. I returned the boots on December 31,2023 using Happy Returns. After about 2 weeks with no refund I reached out to their customer service for an update. I was told the return was still in transit and I needed to give it more time. I reached out once a week after that and was told the same thing over and over. After several weeks, I was finally over it and refused to get off the phone until my concern was resolved and finally got them to process my refund mid February.

Too expensive and not enough nice stuff, too confusing to skip the month, no notification about skipping the month so you get charged. Honestly not worth it

I have a PO BOX. The company shipping department is NEGLIGENT. They shipped my order twice through FedEx as appose to shipping it with USPS.FEDEX NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER.The agents for Shoe dazzel were of no help, they alleged they had no contact with the shipping department. My emails to shoe dazzel/ just fab were NEVER RETURNED.

I purchased the boots. They arrived pretty quickly, no issues. They didn't fit so I had to return. The process was pretty simple. You could choose tradition return or use a third party called happy returns. I tried out the happy returns and that worked great. I just brought them to my local staples and they did the label and later that day I already had my refund processing.
My only complaint about shoedazzle is when you decide you want to cancel your membership, they do not make it easy.

Called them to check on my return they said computers were down and due to inconvenience they had offers I said no and their response was you don't have to purchase anything but you just have to listen to advertisement you will get a $100 Walmart card free never got card but did get enrolled into 3 programs that tried to automatically charge me BIG FRAUD!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
